We noticed water damage in our kitchen ceiling from where our toilet sits upstairs. We had recently had a new bathroom reno which included a new toilet, so to find a leak was very frustrating. Our contractor didn't use a licensed plumber so most of his work has been fixed by Valentin at Strong Plumbing. I can't recommend his work enough and the peace of mind he brings, knowing that the work is done correctly. I wouldn't trust our plumbing needs to anyone else!

Valentin was highly responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, practical and helpful. We have used him before and he remembered all of our fixtures and specifics of issues he helped us address from a prior visit years ago. He explains problems well, gets right to the heart of the issue and fixes it. He is our first call on plumbing issues. We recommend him highly based on our two experiences.

Needed replacement of external hose bib and replacement of shut off valve for external line.

Valentin from Strong Plumbing was incredibly helpful. An initial request to change our hot water tank was placed because our hot water wasn't reaching incredibly high temperatures. After the tank was changed, our temperatures were even lower (issue not fixed). The company was contacted again, and they promptly solved the issue. Valentin was able to test and solve the issue from the tank itself, and did not need to come into our apartment at all (ideal during COVID-19 pandemic). Our water temperatures are now better than ever. Thank you again!

I used different plumbers for quite a while before coming across Strong Plumbing on Home Stars a few years ago and I can tell you Valentin is the most reliable, skilled and honest plumber there is. I wouldn't use anyone else. He always gets the job done, he gets it done right and he's extremely fair and reasonable on price. You won't go wrong. For this job he addressed a sink that had not been plumbed correctly (not by him) and showed me how to replace a cartridge in the shower as he replaced it after it had worn out through regular wear and tear. Everything was fixed and works great!

We’ve had other plumbers before and Valentin’s professionalism and expertise is far above the rest. Very responsive and came out same day. Worked hard and efficiently to clear the blockage and was clean with his tools and work. Pricing very reasonable and fair. Extremely pleased and grateful for the care and kindness he showed on the job. Definitely highly recommend his services.
