Valentin came to replace our outdoor tap that had cracked due to freezing. He was very prompt in his responses, able to work around a tricky installation with limited access and did an excellent job. I'll definitely be reaching out to him in the future for any plumbing work.

Valentin responded to my detailed request by quoting me a firm price and describing how he would solve my problems with a leaky kitchen faucet on a countertop with water damage. I'm glad he didn't just ask for an onsite diagnosis. He carried out the repairs efficiently and we also agreed to replace the U-bend pipe after he pointed out how corroded it was (I knocked a hole in it without any effort) and this pro-active move will mitigate the risk of it breaking in the future with higher costs for flooding. It's good to have someone who has the expertise and also the parts ready for additional repairs and who also explains the steps without any aggressive hard sell.
