We couldn't be happier with Valentin's services. He responded to our original email/inquiry about repairing our virtually non-functioning basement shower within minutes, proposed some possible causes and solutions, put us in touch with a hardware sales rep that same day, and was at our house Monday morning at 8am, dismantling and fixing the faulty pieces. He saved us mad $$$$ by repairing vs. replacing the existing thermostatic cartridge, and we're so grateful for his incredible knowledge & skill. Our shower now functions BEAUTIFULLY, and I've already passed his contact info onto friends. Thank you, Valentin!!!

We are very pleased with the work Valentin and his people did at our house. He ended up finishing ahead of schedule, and left no mess behind. I would definitely call on them again in the future.

The plumber, Valentin, arrived on time and he texted us confirm he was on the way. He fixed the problem. He was concerned the check valves on the tap could break in the future and he showed me how to change them myself if it happened. He also notice some rust on the water supply hose to the toilet and he recommended I go out and get a new hose before it started to leak. I will definitely use Strong plumbing again if I need a plumber.

Valentin did an amazing job replacing the parts on our Riobel shower faucet. He saved us a great deal of money instead of buying a brand new shower kit. I would recommend him to all of my family and friends, great service at reasonable prices. Will use again.
