I contacted Valentin to replace the valve for the hot water shut-off to the dishwasher (first picture) and figured that if he worked out I would also get him to replace the drain for the sink (second picture). I was very happy with everything about the job. He kept me informed on his arrival time (I had to be on a conference call), explained how he would do the work and we agreed the drain could wait... but not long. Not long turned out to be about 10 minutes as the drain crumbled before our eyes! He called his next job and explained the situation, stayed a bit extra time at my place in order to do a great job on both projects. I will be calling back him again in the future for sure.

Valentin was extremely prompt and professional. He replaced a bathroom faucet and changed two external faucets that were dripping. There is a world of difference between his work and the existing work. He also gave me good advice on other plumbing issues I had to address. Highly recommended ! I will definitely use the services of Strong Plumbing again !

Waste water slowly backing up out furnace room drain. NOt sure Valentin can make it the same day but he made it the next day fitting me in to his tight schedule and instantly cleared the clogged main drain. I could not be more relieved and satisfied with his service again. I used him now 4 times and will continue to do so.

Valentin was on time and had excellent communication. He explained what the problem was and showed me the parts he was replacing and their function. The service was extremely professional and he wore slipper covers when entering my home. He was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

Here is why I hired Strong. Valentin was the first to respond, the first to do a site visit, do the site visit for free, answered all my questions (many), and walked me through the entire process beginning to end. Texted me about all the different times, inspectors, water off and on. Communicated everything. Even texted me while he was in summer vacation. Here is why you should hire Strong. When the inspector came to approve of the work - the inspector said “ your guys are one of the best in Toronto and their work is always top notch - how did you know to use them?” Luck!

This project involved changing the location and access of the waterline for outdoor use. The job was done to our expectations. We were very pleased with the level of service and customer service. highly recommend

Replaced the pipe and sink basket to stop it from leaking. Also helped to tighten the kitchen faucet that was loose. Very responsive and prompt service.
