We had Strong Plumbing come in to first identify the cause of our water leak as the main floor ceiling had water stains. Valentino quickly diagnosed in the problem and made the necessary repairs. He also helped us install 3 new toilets (2 concealed trap) without any problems. I would definitely recommend him to others as it was fast to get an appointment and the job was done right.

Second time using Strong and again outstanding service! Replaced a toilet and shower faucet. Work was done quickly and the area was cleaned. Took the time to review the operation of the faucet. Little thing, but gives you an idea of the attention to detail. And after shopping around he was $200 less than my best quote

I chose Valentin because of the glowing recommendations on Homestars. Very happy to report they are true. He is an affable man with lots of experience. He completed the jobs quickly and professionally and even gave time for some recommendations on other issues. Definitely recommend him to anyone and will use for all future plumbing needs.

Valentin is easy to deal with, prompt and very reasonable. He quickly assessed the problem through text, brought all the right parts and had the work done quickly and cleaned up. Would recommend.

This was our first job by Valetin but I chose him based on previous Home Stars reviews. We were lucky that Valetin was able to come by within hours of me texting him with my problem. He was honest about what needed to be done (open up the drywall) and did it in a tidy manner. The repair was done neatly and efficiently. I would definitely call Valetin again for any future plumbing needs.

I have leaking drains in my basement. I contacted Valentin who went out of his way to fit me in the next day. He was polite and professional. Unlike another plumbing company who tried to upsell me on a $10,000+ unnecessary repair, Valentin never tried to "sell" me on anything. He helped get to the route of the problem. I am much more comfortable with what i have to do moving forward and feel like I received unbiased, honest advice for the first time. Before leaving I mentioned that my shower does not produce much hot water. Valentin quickly rectified the problem and did not even charge me for it. Exceptional service. I highly recommend this company and will be coming back for all my plumbing needs in the future.

The work was done quickly, efficiently and most importantly correctly with proper preventative measures in place to ensure there are no further leaks. The infrastructure and plumbing underneath the faucet was a bit of a mess as well and the plumber was able to replace that as well. He also gave us some great advice on other plumbing questions we had. Highly recommended!

He did a great job replacing my bathroom faucets. They were widespread so it required even more work. He also had no qualms about going the extra mile. And without asking he cleaned up before heading out. I'm very happy.

We had a recent flooding in our basement and contacted an emergency plumber who solved the immediate issue (blocked drain). This highly rated company but quoted us a very high amount to ensure that this issue wouldn't happen again. We decided to contact a few other plumbers and decided to go with Valentin's quote which was more reasonable. Upon meeting him, he seemed to know what to do and how to get the work done. He was able to get the city permits and start the project right away with his team. They did a fantastic job getting the work done right and on schedule. They left our basement clean and in good condition. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!
