    Clogged bath tub drain

    I've called Valentin on 3 separate occasions and he's always punctual, professional, and very pleasant. This time it was a clogged bath tub drain that he snaked and unclogged as best he could. He's given me plenty of free advice and even some free spare parts in the past and is an all around good person to deal with. Can't recommend him enough.

    Main Water Shutoff and Pipe Repair before meter, Hot Water Tank Shutoff.

    I would give higher than 10/10 if I could. Finally after many years and many plumbers I have found a honest man. A hard working,very knowledgeable and smart man. He really knows his stuff. He gave me a price from a photo and explained everything out. He was very honest when he was here and I asked if I need certain things of which I did not. Most would have said I needed things I didn't. I hope I can keep Valentin as my plumber for life. Thanks so much Valentin. I will sleep tonight with no fear of leaking pipes. Excellent workmanship! And he uses only the best materials. He is expensive, but then I think everything is expensive today (must be my age) but he is worth every cent.

    Repair leaking toilet

    Toilet gasket and feeder tube were worn. Caused leakage. Repair completed efficiently! Would highly recommend Strong Plumbing. Had work done previously by Valentin. Very pleased!

    Excellent customer service

    I recently discovered a leak in the main water line and immediately called Valentin. Although he was on holidays, he appreciated the emergency nature of the situation, and responded quickly to repair the supply pipe and install a new shut-off valve. I highly recommend Valentin - he is professional, prompt, and provides great customer service.

    Plumbing

    Valentin was awesome. He replaced my water mixer and solved my low water pressure issue. I was impressed that he took the time to explain how the system worked and to show me where the problems were occurring. I also thought his pricing was quite fair. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced plumber.

    Water line replacement

    Unclogging kitchen sink

    Underground water pipe replacement and essential remote advice

    We first used Valentin’s company in 2015 to replace the private segment of the underground water main pipe, which was lead, with a copper pipe. His quote was very competitive, but the best part was the responsiveness and the no-nonsense approach he took to quickly assess the job. His crew did the work exactly as promised, and before he left he answered a few more questions about a different plumbing problem I had at the time. The job was completed before some competitors had even sent their quotes. Fast-forward two years to the day before yesterday. We arrived home after a 5 day absence to frozen pipes and no running water. Since we had kept the thermostat running (albeit at a lower temp), I was sure the problem was outside. I sent a text msg to Valentin, who very promptly responded with the procedure to use to determine whether the blockage was internal or external (to my surprise, it was internal) and how to thaw the pipes. A few hours later we had running water again. I would use his services again in a heartbeat.
