My K Design kitchen is 7 years old and was still in perfect condition until the dishwasher decided that it was time to blow the water valve. Called K out to look at the damage done, quick turnaround time for visit and Matt was super awesome in getting the repair quotes out to me and the insurance company. Kitchen was taken out by K and Carlos did an excellent job with the re-installation, pieces were measured for the repairs and will be manufactured and installed soon and finally, my kitchen will be back to normal and as good as new. So very thankful that K was there to lend a helping hand and go above and beyond in helping me navigate these insurance repairs.

Level of service has deteriorated over the last couple of years. Designer mistakingly provided the installer the wrong design (first draft as opposed to final approved draft) for our kitchen and mudroom. This caused the island to be installed in the wrong spot with the ripple effects of this error. Including us having to compromise on our design choices, damaged floor, off centered lighting etc.. The post installation customer service is poor at the best of times with little communication. Staff often show up unannounced to 'fix' items, even after requested to be notified prior to coming by. In speaking to others, it appears they also suffered similar experience in the recent months of 2017. If you do decide to proceed with this company ensure your designer is knowledgeable with a keen attention to detail. Unfortunately not the case with us. She was often not focused, which ultimately led to miscommunications and the major error of providing the installation team with the wrong architectural designs. Overall product itself is good quality however service, installation and attention to details not one of their strongest suit.

I hired them to do a Reno of my family home kitchen. I' own several properties and this is the first time that I've decided to work with K Design Cabinetry. I chose them because they had good quality for a very good price. I was truly impressed by their work, professionalism, and most of all by their final product. They are now my "go to" for future renos. I wish I would have known about them earlier.

Very professional from the first meeting. My project required a very detail and price conscious designer to create the masterpiece I received. From the kitchen to the walk in closets, the attention to detail and quality of workmanship and materials were better than expected. I have used k design on several renovations in the past and this was our first full custom house together. I have since referred the company to my contacts and will be using them for my upcoming new build.

We just renovated our kitchen and needed custom cabinets. After many quotes we were impressed with Marilyn and her ability to meet us in the evenings and her quick turn around. She provided a detailed quote, clearly outlined timelines and options. She met with us many times at the store and came to the house in the evening to accommodate us. Matt was easy to deal with regarding the delivery of the cabinets. The cabinets were delayed a few days but Matt was very helpful after the install and has come to the house a few times for some minor adjustments that needed to be made. The customer service has been fantastic.

This is our second kitchen with K Design Cabinetry and we will certainly use them again! We live downtown Toronto but did not mind travelling to Oakville a few times if it meant having our dream kitchen. Everyone from the designer, Jolanta, to the installers are detail oriented and true professionals. Their wide selection of cabinetry style and high-end hardware helped make our kitchen the star of our home.

After visiting their impressive showroom, we contracted K Cabinets for installing new kitchen cabinets. The work was done very professionally and on time. We asked them to come back a couple of times for minor touch-ups and they responded promptly. We would highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the design , quality and construction of the cabinets but that's where it ends . The installation date changed the night before the kitchen was to be installed ,then when it finally came 6 pieces ( pull out doors ) were the wrong style and 3 different doors didn't fit . It's been 2 weeks now and I have been told nothing will be ready for another week because they are on vacation ? So to sum it up , we've waited SO FAR 12 weeks for a kitchen that was to be finished in 8 weeks . Apparently this doesn't happen " we just happen to be the unfortunate ones "
