We would like to thank Darek and Robert for their exceptional service. We have found Floorwood Solutions to be a truly, wonderful company to deal with. We've had many instances of little "extras" that Darek and Robert did for us at no extra charge. Some of our requests have required working late, some very quick response from you and this has always been satisfied without dispute. Fabulous team! We could not be happier with our 5" Hand Scraped Vintage Floors in Baroque! Darek and Robert were exceptionally neat, professional and very quick with their install. Communication with the team is a breeze and the customer service is top-notch! Highly recommended company...I will certainly be recommending them to friends and family!

Robert and Derek are the proverbial needle in the haystack when it comes to this industry that seems to be overrun with people who think that slapping on a tool belt makes them qualified for any task... They are artists and their attention to the detail of craftsmanship coupled with their professionalism makes them the best company we had the pleasure of dealing throughout the summer. Early in the year we decided that the time was ripe to completely overhaul the house by replacing all of the flooring on the first level and to replace all of the carpeting on the second level. After narrowing down the list to two, we ultimately decided to go with Floorwood Solutions as they were always timely on their responses and professional throughout my inquiry process even though I had a lot of questions. From that point onwards, Robert and Derek never ceased to amaze us in all aspects. It was refreshing to deal with individuals who were always on time, had a relentless pursuit for perfection to ensure that no squeeking was evident in the subfloor, worked around nuances present in the original consturction of the house, and kept the areas tidy and clean. Over the years you get used to individuals coming by, doing some work, and leaving a mess for you to clean up but not so with Robert and Derek. All in all, they finished on time as promised and we absolutely love the hand carved Oracle floors they installed. Whenever you walk into the house you immediately notice the exceptional work quality and we are very happy to recommend them to anybody - you won't be disappointed! Our only wish is that they would perhaps branch out and do more than just flooring because they have definitely spoiled us when it comes to dealing with home renovations guys and if 5% of the industry would be like them, I don't think we'd have as many complains in this industry.

FLOORWOOD SOLUTIONS DID A GREAT JOB. ROB AND DERIK WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM THE TIME THEY STARED RIGHT TO THE END. THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND CRAFTMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT. THEY INSTALLED MY VINTAGE SOLID SAWN TIGERWOOD AND IT LOOKS FANTASTIC. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THESE GUYS FOR ANY OF YOUR HARDWOOD FLOORING INSTALLS.

We decided to go with Vintage Hardwood Solid Sawn floors that we had installed by Flooring Solutions. Rob and Derek were great. We went with the 5" Baroque colour. It took Rob and his team 1 day to install and they look great!!! They went the extra mile and made sure everything looked good. It didn't take long for our cats and dog to put a couple small scratches in the floor. We have a chocolate lab that loves to do laps around the living room when she gets overly excited. Luckily a black sharpie and you can't even tell. We've had the floors over a year now and they still look as good as the day they were installed. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the house. Thank you Floorwood Solutions for a great job.

I have worked with Robert & Derek on two previous projects so when I saw the floor sloping every which way I knew that they would be the two floor installers for this job. They were able to take a floor that was out of level from 2-1/4" to 1/8" and level it for the new 4" oak floor to be installed. Their commitment to offer the customer exceedingly outstanding work in a timely fashion is why I would recommend them and use them on all my projects. The floor looks beautiful and the customer is happy.

We have an older home that desparately needed the second level flooring replaced. The floors presented a number of challenges for the Floorwood Solutions team and they overcame all of them and gave us beautiful floors. The crew was professional, easy to deal with, provided us updates on what was taking place and obviously excellent at their trade. We had the main floor of our brand new home done the day after closing. I found Floorwood Solutions through redflagdeals.com. Patricia was very patient with me and all my silly questions and has been a pleasure to work with. Since this was a brand new house, we only had a floorplan to work with and when Robert arrived the day of the installation and took actual measurements, our dining room was bigger than what was stated on the plan! Because we had custom stained floors, they couldn't just pick up extra boxes so they only had 2-3% margin for waste. They did an incredible job and we still have 5-6 planks of wood left over. Amazing! Thank you Patricia, Robert and Darek for our fantastic floors! It was worth every penny!

I LOVE this company...a friend referred them to me and I was so happy they did. They arrived early, were meticilous in laying the floor, cleaning as they went and fixing what was there before. The house is 115 yrs old and they encountered many issues. They worked so hard and I am getting so many compliments on our new floor. I had a lot of trades during my move to our new house and Patricia and Rob were amazing!!! They even custom made a vent for the floor to make it look seemsless! THANK YOU!!

After reading all the positive reviews on Homestar, we decide to go with the "BEST" - the team is exceptionally efficient/professional/customer oriented/high quality, it's truly a 10+ company that you can deal with. Patricia gave us so much valuable information ever since our initial contacting of the company, she even help us pick the right wood to perfectly match our existing stairways. Robert did a thorough measurement and got the tricky shaped threshold made before the installation day. He even came ahead of time to rip off the carpet, so we can get rid of the stinky smell the previous own's pet left behind before the new floor installed. Everything just turns out right from the very begining til the end. We feel so lucky that we find the right guys this time, and they managed to fit us in their busy schedule. We are very satisfied with the excellent job Robert and Dereck did as well as the superb customer service Patricia provided. Thank you Floorwood Solutions!
