Floorwood Solutions installed the hardwood floor in our new home last week. As a first time home buyer I had no experience with other contractors but Patricia and the guys set the bar extremely high for others. Communications went super smooth and they answered all of our silly questions with patience helped us to choose the right material with small hints but without any pushing. The guys matched the level with their amazing craftsmanship , arrived in time finished the job as we discussed before. Absolutely amazing experience!

We hired Floorwood Solutions after reading the great reviews online. We shopped around and found their company the most up front. While their prices are not the lowest, they were the most genuine and honest in their quotes and service. There were other companies that quoted similar prices and were readily available but I decided to wait for Robert and Derek. I was not disappointed, the quality and workmanship speaks volumes. They installed hardwoods in the hallway, kitchen, and bedrooms in May/June 2010. While they are a busy company, they are worth the wait! Thanks so much Patricia, Robert, Derek and Sebastien.

We hired Floorwood Solutions to rip out our existing 80 year old hardwood floor, lay a new subfloor and install new hardwood and we could not have been more impressed with the results! The guys showed up early, left late, cleaned up the site at the end of each day, they gave us a reasonable quote and the quality of their work is outstanding! They are extremely detailed oriented, friendly and they take great pride in their work, as they should, because they do amazing work. I have already referred them to a friend who hired them after just a brief phone call (and a 15 minute rant from me about how much I loved my new floors!). I wish dealing with every contractor was this easy and stress free.

Floorwood Solutions is Robert Romanczuk & Darek Garlinski. We had them install about 390 sq. ft. of the popular Vintage 5" Baroque Hand Scraped hardwood flooring, on a 45 degree, on much of the main level of our townhouse recently. I left them to their talents while I was at work most of the day and returned to a completely transformed home. They're a great bunch of people. I've met with Robert 3 times before they installed and had the pleasure of meeting Patricia, the sales contact, as well. Her communication is consistently prompt and patient... as it was a full 14 months from the first time I asked for a quote until my home finished construction and the floors were installed. The workmanship of Robert and Darek is of the same quality. There were a few builder screw ups around my breakfast bar that they fixed in the process and made it right. Floorwood Solutions don't install crap. The Vintage product they prefer to install is a noticeable step-up from anything a home builder will offer. After seeing builder installed hardwood, in new homes purchased by friends, I am happy with how I spent my money on this product and the installation services. If you subscribe to the idea 'You Get What You Pay For', then you'll be happy as well.

After researching about hardwood installations and getting quotes from several companies, I read about Floorwood Solutions Inc. @ redflagdeals. I contacted Patricia and she was great! Robert along with his crew installed the floor and they were great as well. Pat and Rob were very helpful on assisting and answering all our questions. They are definitely recommended to anyone! We are very happy with our floor and that is thanks to them.

We had our floors installed a few weeks ago by Floorwood and it was a job well done. Everyone was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Communication was great before and during installation with Patricia. Robert and Darek were really really great on-site, they were a real pleasure to deal with. Robert took the time to explain pretty much anything and everything, something we really appreciated. Nothing was rushed and they really took the time to do quality work. I would recommend these guys to anyone, no disappointments here.

I came across the Floorwood team on this website,and from my very first email until the job was done, the service and customer service have been excellent! Robert & team were VERY professional and always gave the right advice with no pressure or sales tactics. We bought our first home and wanted a new look, and upon Robert's first investigation noticed that the floor was not level and had serious issues with support from the basement. Robert took almost 1 hour of his own time to visit at no charge to check out the situation before quoting me on anything. They spent 1 whole day leveling and sanding the floor - to compare with another vendor who did not bother to investigate further or offer to quote a price to fix it - whereas Floorwood gave a quote and stuck to the price. Our floors were done in 2 days time - they worked tirelessly, cleaned up along the way, and did not mind the many questions I had. I have already recommended them to several friends, and our new floors are the envy of our neighbours! Robert even came by after everything was done to do a few touch ups at no cost.

From my first e-mail to Patricia almost a year ago (for a simple inquiry), to the final thank you e-mail, Patricia and husband Robert were amazing. Patricia took care of any/all questions I had in reference to colour choice, wood selection, wood width, durability and handled them in a timely and preofessional manner. Robert met with my husband on the construction site as our home was being built to go over how they would complete the job. We have now moved into our new home and could not be happier with the final result. During installation, the builder came into the home and commented on what an exceptional job they had done. We have only been in our home a couple of weeks, but everyone who walks in, comments on how beautiful the floors are. I would recommend this company hands down.

We are very pleased with our overall experience with Floorwood Solutions. They were very prompt in responding to our inquiries and making a visit to our house with hardwood samples to match the existing floor. The quote was competitive. The installers were very professional, courteous and clean and all the work was completed right on schedule. Most important of all, the workmanship was exceptional, much better than our existing floor which was done by a high-end builder. I would definitely engage their service again in the future and would highly recommend them.

We are very happy with the great job Robert did in our house. Quality of installation was amazing, very detailed & took the time to prepare the subfloors for a perfect installation.
