    3 appartments

    I have contracted with this company to install window coverings in 3 apartments. 2 were completed. My first experience was that they had competitive pricing, installed promptly, and fixed problems. As a home owner and investor I was happy to have discovered this company. The disappointment came when during installation in the second apartment I have encountered extremely rude attitude from Tony who was faced with some problems during installation. He demonstrated to be impatient, lost his temper, was swearing and blamed me for the problems he had encountered. He also "fired" me saying that they are not going to do other projects with me as I insisted for the work to be done properly. He clearly demonstrated an attitude that quality of work did not matter and said that he did not care. I did care, however, because it was my property and my money. I am surprised that such behaviour could exist nowadays and certainly did not expect that from a reputable company.

    Excellent collection of blinds!

    Centurian is one of the best window coverings companies that actually deliver what it promises. A friend referred the name to me and I wanted customized blinds for my living room. I only called to make an appointment and the rest was brilliantly handled by them. Their installers came over, took measurements and created perfect blinds for my living room. They completely understood my preferences and their professionalism really impressed me. Loved their job! For any other such job I’ll always call Centurian!

    Window coverings

    Excellent products and service. All of our window coverings were installed before the actual projected target date! The quality of the workmanship and installation was excellent. The actual product is beautiful and looks great!

    delivered and installed incorrect custom ordered blinds- also, installation was not as discussed - elderly parent left with no window coverings for 2 weeks thruout the condo -no apology or compensation for terrible service and upset- they are not custom quality work- will never go near them again and do not recommend them to anyone

After meeting with you in our show room, we thought that you had a clear idea of what the blinds would look like installed in the condo. Although you were unhappy with the operating system, which was exactly how we have it in our show room, we came out at our expense to fix the blinds, and then re-install them to ensure that you were happy with the final product. We always strive to have the highest level of customer service and satisfy our clients. Our apologies that you did not have blinds for two weeks, but we are pleased that you ultimately received the finished product to your liking. In addition, all blinds have a reference number, and a date on the head rail with all the pertaining information that you will need for warranty coverage. If you have any problems with your blinds in the future, please call us as we will be happy to service you.

    Loving our new Hunter Douglas draperies

    I always wanted Hunter Douglas draperies for my home, and when I moved in to the new home my husband and I purchased together, we decided to turn my dream into a reality. I am glad I chose Centurian people to realize my dream. Since Hunter Douglas prices are quite steep, we wanted a home improvement contractor who would be experienced in handling the brand. These guys have a lovely showroom at Major Mackennzie, and we fell in love with their collection at the moment we stepped in. The colors, the range of different fabrics, textures... they were all brilliant. We chose a soft yellow for our living room, and they promised us to complete the work in two weeks time. We were wondering if they would be able to deliver, but they did! Before the end of two weeks we were sitting in our living room with the draperies installed. They had been delivered in time, installed smoothly and professionally, with a replacement option from the dealer if we were not happy with the product. Well, we were. So there hasn’t been any need. But I am super happy with our draperies. Cheers, Centurian.

    Window Coverings

    We knew we wanted Hunter Douglas window coverings and started out with high hopes for this company. Matt was personable, showed up on time, and convinced us that customer service was important to him. The day the window coverings were due to be installed the installers showed up exactly on time. All was going well until we discovered that the wrong size had been ordered. Matt called that afternoon and said there would be a rush put on the replacement order, and we would have them within 2 weeks. Two weeks went by and we still didn't have the window coverings. Worse, we hadn't even heard from the company. So we called, several times. Each time we were told that Matt would get back to us. He never called. It wasn't until I wrote a fairly forceful email that he bothered to get in touch, and then was full of excuses and blamed his staff for not telling him we had called. Our replacement window coverings were installed finally, several weeks after they were promised. We are very happy with the quality of the product, and with the incredibly helpful and professional installers (who are not employees of Centurian, by the way), but I would not deal with this company again. I'm sure they are fine when everything goes well, but mistakes can happen with any company, and it's how the mistakes are dealt with that counts. They over-promised and then did not follow through. And the worst was that it took nearly 2 very frustrating weeks to finally get someone to return our calls.

    hunter douglas blinds

    We had just competed substantial renovations to our house, and the last item remaining was the replacement of window coverings in a number of rooms. We were familar with Hunter Douglas blinds as they are generally recognized as the best anywhere; but of course they have a signifacant price tag to go along with it. They are beautiful and worth every penny....but I digress. We checked the HD Webpage to find dealer locations and found Centurian. They are now located on Major Makenzie in Vaughan and have a brand new showroom with diplays of all HD blinds. The sales staff were knowledgable and were able to answer all our questions. We made an appointment for Tony to visit the house, which he did. He was on time and was able to show us samples and work out a price for us then and there. He advised that delivery would be three to four weeks. He was spot on. By the end of the third week an appointment had been made for installation a few days later. The installation team was on time on the day promised. The installation was fast, efficient and tidy, and within a few hours we had a great set of new window coverings. One of the guarantees, if you can believe it, was that if we didn't like anything within twenty days it would be replaced no questions asked at no charge. Well we decided that we would have preferred a slight change to one of the bedroom's blinds. Tony attended to it immediately. The blinds were replaced in three weeks with a new set. Centurian has a great product and is leading the way with customer service. They really are absoltely first class all the way.
