Gerardo was prompt, polite and highly competent. Not only that, he was engaging, funny and a pleasure to have working on our home. I recommend him highly for any lighting work.

Gerardo did an amazing job...so I'm not surprised at the unanimous '10's' he's been receiving. I have a 2 story-high study on my second floor that needed a big fan in the summer. He recommended 2 quality manufacturers, suggested fan size etc. and then completed a very VERY complicated installation. He was on schedule, efficient, and patiently overcame 'challenges' in the physical layout. I've used other electricians over the years, but he tops them all..while charging very reasonable rates.

Gerardo installed several different lighting options for us which included under cabinet lighting, pendant and spot lights as well as a living room ceiling light and dining room chandelier. The Dining Room chandelier was especially difficult but he made it seem easy as he was experienced and precise. All issues were treated very professionally and with alacrity. He made excellent suggestions and we are very pleased with our well-lit kitchen, living room and dining room. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a talented and dedicated worker.

I have worked with Gerardo of Maya Tech Installantions for a number of years on several home electrical projects. I have always found him to be responsive, accommodating, professional, and reasonably priced. Every project was completed in a timely and conscientious manner. Gerardo was also able to solved some design dilemmas in my electrical installation requests, with which I was both delighted and wholly satisfied. I have not, and would not in future, hesitate to recommend Maya Tech to any of my friends and neighbours.

We got Geraldo's name from our lighting supplier and he definitely was great to work with. Was flexible with his time, creative with his solutions, and when a down rod was too long he took it upon himself to get us the right materials to finish the job (that required a seperate trip on his part). We would not hesitate to use him again!

We explained our lighting needs and gave examples of what we did not what to happen, the style of lighting and asked for advice on how to make it happen. Gerardo took charge and delivered on our expectations. Installation was fast, clean and efficient. The lighting looks fantastic and has increased our resale value considerably.
