    Home Inspection

    Just had my 13 year old home inspected by John. He is incredibly knowledgeable and goes through every detail of house. He looked at all aspects of each floor and did not forget a thing. Not only is very detailed-oriented but he takes the time to explain exactly what he is looking for and why. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for a home inspector.

    Home Inspection

    John did a great job with my inspection. He was very helpfull and gave great advice. I will now take his suggestions and work with them to make overall improvements.

    Infrared Camera water detection

    My experience with John was nothing less than exceptional. John took time out of his busy weekend to tend to my emergency and we had never met before.     Home Inspection with Infrared Camera

    We were completely satisfied and impressed by the service. John was professional and friendly, he took the time to thoroughly explain every concern and demonstrated a commitment to customer service that is difficult to find. I recommend him without any hesitation.

    Home Inspection

    John was awesome! I call him "Hawk eyes". He sees everything, he can even see through walls with all his new up to date equipment that he has. It gave me great peace of mind going forward with my decision. I would recommend AA Elite Home Inspection Inc. to everybody! Tommy

    Home inspection

    The decision to buy a house or not sometimes rest on a house inspector's report. This inspector practically talks to the house under inspection to give you a complete picture of the issues. He was punctual, thorough and professional. He was not intimidated by the commission agents. It was good value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

    home inspect

    John was very thorough and quick at identifying major issues and quick-fix issues. He pointed out all areas of concern no matter how minor and explained their impact. Thanks John

    Home Inspection

    John came highly recommended and I consequently engaged him to perform a home inspection on my first investment property. I found John to be an extremely knowledgable and personable professional who provided me great insight into all major and minor deficiencies with the property being inspected. Consequently, I felt very confident in going forward with the purchase of the property subsequent to John's inspection and additional expert follow-ups as per his recommendations.     Found Water Leak in Our Home

    I met with John and was very satisfied with his work and recommendations. He was on time, followed up and was very enthusiastic. It looks like we found the problem, which potentially saved me thousands of dollars. We also found a couple of other minor problems. I would recommend John and his company.

    Home Inspection

    John Genereaux was wonderful in his home inpection review. He gave me many facts and tid bits along the way the prevent a major cost in the future. The report was excellently done and helped my contractors repair necessary items to ensure my new home would be top notch. He was pleasant and answered any questions I h ad along the way. I would higly recommend his services to anyone. Thanks John for such a well done job!
