John came nice and early and started to inspect my outside. He right away pointed out some possible issues with the structure outside. He was very helpful explaining things to me regarding some of my concerns with the house. He has lots of equipment to help with his inspection. He is humorous and has a great personality. The great part is he takes lots of photos and has the infrared to help see things we can't see. I would recommend him to my friends.

I greatly appreciated John finding the time to fit my inspection for purchase into his busy schedule. He was punctual and professional right from the start. John was well informed in all aspects of house construction but, more importantly, he was willing to take the time to answer all my questions and concerns. His use of the infra red camera to help reveal any potential problems was a definite bonus. At the end of the inspection he was able to concisely summarize all areas of concern with the aid of digital pictures which enabled me to make an informed decision in respect to my purchase. Thank you John and I will certainly recommend your services to anyone requiring a prompt, knowledgeable, and personable inspection.

The company was able to accommodate me ASAP as I had a timeline. They were professional and prompt. Provided me with valuable information to make decisions upon. Overall a great experience.

Things we were happy with: John was friendly and professional He made himself available in a short amount of time He produced a comprehensive report soon after the inspection Why I wouldn't recommend this company: He didn't thoroughly report on the massive mold issue and foundation leak in the basement...which was visible to our eyes AFTER we bought the house ;-( ....we specifically asked him to investigate the room He subcontracted a roof inspector that suggested the roof would cost under one thousand to repair issues....after having multiple tradesmen in our attic and on our roof....the real quote is over seventy grand! Probably wouldn't have gone through with the house purchase if we knew that. Not sure either of them actually went on the roof!

Im a first time home buyer and know very little about home renovations, John took the time to go through all aspects of my future home both good and bad. He was punctual, friendly and extremely knowledgable. His price was not the lowest i found but very reasonable but undoubtly the best bang for your buck. I would never get a home inspection from anyone else. If you hire John I guaratee you will not be disappointed. John i can not thank you enoungh.

John is amazing! He was super friendly and knowledgeable, and found many problems in the 3 year-old house that we recently purchased. He prevented us from purchasing a house with a leaky roof which we would have had to pay for but now instead will be the seller's problem! Thanks John! Hi John! When you inspected the house we bought you had discovered that the furnace wouldn't turn on. The home owner and their real estate agent were angry and wanted you to come back over to see that it worked. We insisted that they do an inspection of the heating and air as per your recommendation and sure enough, they confirmed your finding and had to replace an $800 motor. You knew you were right, I knew you were right and now the owners and their agent know it. You save us. Again! RB
