    No more foggy windows

    We are delighted with the six new, clear sealed and insulated glass panes in our living room windows. The Windowfix team was able to replace our window panes while leaving the frames intact so our previously foggy windows are no more. Customer service is professional and fast, crew cleans up after the job and the pricing is upfront and very fair. We highly recommend Windowfix.

    Replace one pane of our Bow Window

    We are so pleased that we were able to obtain WindowFix as the provider and installer of the replacement window pane in our bow window. They did such a wonderful job from start to end. When we spoke with Sarah, we found her to be extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We were were pleased with their quote, and in a short period of time, Keith and Matthew were at our house to go over the measurements. An appointment was set for installation, within 1 week of our initial meeting. Today, the installation took place. We were so pleased to see that the 1 pane matched the other 4 to perfection. Keith, Sarah and Matthew were wonderful to deal with and we would not hesitate to hire them again should the situation arise. We will definitely refer them to our family and friends.

    Fast and friendly service at a great price

    Keith and Sarah were very responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate our schedule and the window insert was replaced with just two quick visits. Great price and perfect job. Highly recommend.

    Fix your window, don't replace it!!

    What a great company. Staff are friendly and so helpful. I had a window that was cracked and warped, and they were able to repair it at a fraction of the cost of a new window. The job was done quickly. I recommend this company to anyone needing a window repaired instead of replaced.

    Window repair

    We had a large window (89x27) crack on us and were hoping to repair it instead of replacing it. We contacted many companies that wanted to replace the entire window, only a handful that would consider replacing the glass. Windowfix was one of those companies and we are very happy with our choice. Both my wife and I agree that Keith/Sarah were absolutely one of the best (if not best) companies we have come across. The service is second to none, as communication was great; everything was on schedule, polite, courteous, and simply a pleasure to deal with. The job itself is amazing! Very professional!! We would definitely recommend windowfix for any service they provide.

    Double Hung Window repairs

    The window balance hardware in my Repla brand windows needed to be replaced. As Repla (which was a local company) went out of business quite some time ago, I wasn't sure if the necessary parts would still be available. I sent an inquiry off to Windowfix and got a response shortly thereafter. Sarah and Keith came to my home to assess the work required; it was obvious that they were very knowledgeable about window repairs. They were able to locate the necessary Window balance parts and were also able to come up with a creative solution to repair the latch on my patio door (also a Repla product) as the original parts were no longer available. Communication was great and they arrived on time with everything they needed to complete the repairs. I am very pleased with the job they did and would not hesitate to recommend Windowfix.ca to anyone needing window repairs.

    Window Repairs

    Fantastic, fast and thorough service! Highly recommend if you have any issues with your windows, reach out. Estimates are provided by window. I am very happy with the results as I thought I would have to invest in new windows.

    Awning window operator fix

    Had my awning window operator replaced recently. Sarah and Keith of Windowfix.ca are super friendly, knowledgable, professional, well equipped and quick. Received my quote within an hour of requesting it and they did a fast and fantastic job. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend their services.

    Repaire the annoying window and all windows caulking

    To started the review, I would like to say, the reviews made me hesitant before calling them. BUT, I want to say, the company is really really wonderful. I have an annoying window and it made noise when I walked in the room. It drive me crazy. No one can solve the proble, only windowfix. Sarash responded my email quickly, and solved the problem. I won't be bothered by that window. Also, the caulking crews is nice, polite, explained everything if you have question. They even help other small thing just want your home is sealed totally. I am very appreciated. I will hire the company again .
