Called Window Fix to see if they could replace an obsolete sidelight crank which no one else was able to do. The response was immediate. They did an initial search and were not very positive. After coming to look at it, they eventually found the proper replacement part and replaced without issue. Service was great and was a pleasure dealing with them.

After many frustrating calls I found Sarah and Keith who were happy to come to Brampton and give me a quote on 2 broken windows, Windows with seals broken and cranks that no longer worked. Our house had a cracked window that we neglected to look at for a few months. When we finally wanted to replace/repair the window, most companies wouldn't give us the time of day for just 1 window. Windowfix responded quickly with a approximate quote and was able to come to the house within a couple days for an on-site appointment to measure. The replacement window took about half the time they estimated and they were, once again, able to schedule the follow-up appointment within a couple days to come in and replace. Once here, they worked efficiently and made sure everything was clean and perfect before they left. The whole job was done much quicker than I expected and it's great now to not have to look at the cracked window anymore! Thanks! They will be my first contact if I ever have any other window concerns.
