I just had shutters installed on almost all of the windows in my condo. I love them and can't believe I waited this long to do it! They look fantastic and give the rooms a real "finished" look. Mike did a great job. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Overall I am not impressed with the rushed installation done by Mike. He was in such a rush that didn't even notice the support frame used for the sliding door shutters had blocked access to my drawers. I had to make mention of this issue. He used very large screws to screw the sliding shutters to the frame looking very butchered. See picture. The shutters on my back two windows were forced to fit, causing damages to the frames of the window. See pictures. Hi missed bringing the Kitchen window shutters, had to come back a few weeks later to install. After a few months the kitchen window shutters started to flake, the paint job was not done well. Mike took the shutters to repair which came back with more damage than when he initial took them. I guess they were tossed around his truck for a few weeks because there were a lot of dents on the shutters. He installed it and when i mentioned all the new imperfections, he simply rushed a quick sandy job which did nothing but worsen the shutters. Very Disappointed with my kitchen shutters, they are right in front of my sink so unfortunately I see the damaged shutters daily.

He may be loud and assertive, but Mike follows through with his promise of shutters in a couple of weeks. We had a free consultation with Mike at our home and he quickly convinced us to buy his shutters. As promised they were ready in a couple of weeks and they look great. Thanks Mike

MIke has come to install shutters twice at our house and has done almost all our windows which probably says it all. ie; I brought him back twice. The bay window in the picture was high, curved and definitely not easy. Fast, reliable, and a good price.

Mike came to quote our windows and we had our shutters installed within a week. He was GREAT, fast and reliable. Our shutters are the perfect upgrade to our home and we would definitely recommend Mike to do yours!!

Reliability, Trust and Quality. The three qualities we all look for in any vendor. Do they all deliver as promised? From my initial phone call to Mike to the final installation, everything was delivered as promised. There are a `dime a dozen' of window covering companies that all claim to deliver "on-time" and "quality" products. We can speak from experience, we have been misinformed and have been "screwed" once before. Sales people will sell you everything from the moon and back but can they deliver? In this case, yes. Mike delivered everything he promised. Mike delivered all of our custom shutters as specified, in the time-frame mutually agreed upon and installed it all within a heart-beat. We are so pleased! The house looks amazing. We have ordered more just to complete the rest of the house! Highly recommended!

Shutters look amazing and add great value to our home. They had to come back a second time to make adjustments; but they were fast and great to get along with. They cleaned up after themselves.

Mike installed shutters in my previous home before a move... increased the value substantially from standard run of the mill blinds. Since I was so pleased with the quality of the custom shutters I purchased through M3 Design Group for my first house a few years ago I didn’t hesitate to contact them for my new house needs.
