I contacted Mike at M3 Design Group via email late in the evening. The following morning he called me. I was surprised that he was able to meet me the very same evening! Originally, I was only getting a quote for shutters on our new bow window, but decided to add the kitchen and dining room windows too. Mike explained that the 60-year old framing (kitchen and dining room windows) was not square and the shutters would have to be mounted differently than the bow window (this was not mentioned by another sales person who also quoted on the job). I was happy with the price and the solution he proposed for the troublesome older windows. Less than 1 week later my shutters were ready and even more surprising, Mike was able to install them on the Good Friday holiday! Our home looks fantastic and my husband and are very pleased with the end result. Much better than I had hoped for. I’d happily hire Mike of M3 Design Group again!

I can't believe there any companies out there with a heart. Mike is everything and more. I called, he answered and he gave me a price to repair my 18 year old shutters. The job was done in one week and they look like new. Very reasonably priced and service with a smile. No need to look elsewhere !

One of our shutters dropped and broke. I called many shutter companies for repair. None would even pick up the phone. Mike of M3 Design group not only picked up his phone but came to my house right away. He repaired 2 shutters and returned them painted and ready to install THE NEXT DAY. His service was beyond prompt. As it turned out he was the made the shutters in the first place. The product is top of the line.

Mike's services has been excellent. Although the color before did not exactly match he came and got them fixed as soon as possible. We were looking for a reasonable cost but high quality set of California Shutters for our new home - we looked at several vendors and found Mike @M3 Design Group to offer the best value and exactly colour matched our window sills unlike other companies who could not do that. The shutters were installed relatively quickly and we would recommend MIke. He was not the cheapest quote nor the most expensive quote.

We needed shutters on our living room bay window, so I contacted Mike of M3 Design Group. He came over promptly and took accurate measurements and gave me a very reasonable price. Within ten days of the order, the shutters have been installed. The installation was clean and timely and the shutters look absolutely fantastic. They are EXACTLY what I had wanted. Both Mike and Tony (the installer) were polite, easy to deal with and true professionals. Should I decide to get more shutters, I would not hesitate to call them again. I HIGHLY recommend this company and I had checked out two other 'top' companies posted on this website. In my opinion, this one is the best.

My custom made plantation shutters from M3 made a huge difference to the look of the house. Truly beautiful shutters and well made. Mike stayed true to his quote and had the shutters made within a week as promised. I couldn't be more pleased.

Mike was a pleasure to deal with in all aspects of this process. I phoned Mike the morning of a day I had off work, and he came out a few hours later. We have old house and were worried that the frame for the shutters would cover up or ruin the look of the original window trim. Mike explained exactly where the shutters would be seated, what the frame would look like once installed, and assured me that they would add to the look of the trim. He gave me a quote on the spot, and I phoned him back that night to give him the go ahead! He installed the shutters 8 days later! Other places wanted 2-3 months before they could install! With regard to the window trim, he was definitely right. The shutters don't cover anything, and they really enhance the look of the window. Overall, Mike was easy to deal with, service was extremely fast, the price was right, and most importantly, the shutters look AMAZING!
