    tankless water heater

    very precise installation . on time and dependable people .a very high tech system which will bring a huge saving on gas consumption. this hot water system is very environmentally friendly.

    Tankless water heater install

    First off do not use this company. I had the sales guy come (Larry G.) and he came gave his sales pitch when I said no he pulled the old upset trick and said ok I am leaving you will not get this offer again...anyway I agreed to no 97$$ setup fee , removal of old tank and return to other company and no obligation can cancel/return anytime. I normally do not post my complaints but I want others to know the truth. They quickly came and installed the unit and stated could not return old tank as other company to hard to deal with therefore I was stuck returning my old take to them at a cost of 105.00$$. So calling them several times the only time they called me back is when my gas was shut off by the gas company as the gas pipes were leaking. Not only that one of the conections on the tank are leaking water and gas compny also wrote a red tag for ventalation not properly calked so gas fumes are getting into my basement. Calling Tankless again talked to Sherry who stated they will reimburse fee for return but when I fax her invoice her fax fails. Did I mention they were supposed to do an energy audit but did not and I had to schedule it myself. So this is my story if you have similar stories about this company please post them thank you

    Tankless Water Heater and install

    I purchased a tankless from Mr. Tankless, and Active Temp Control installed the unit. The installers took 14 hours to install my water heater, and left their shoes on during the install - my entire house was muddy. There was no water or gas during this time, and they got upset with ME when they couldn't use the washroom because there was no water!! They only cleaned up when I forced them to after they were about to leave - and they barely cleaned. They left their garbage on my front lawn. The 3 men installing the unit were rude to me and my family - they were yelling and screaming at each other, with a lot of swearing. My young son heard it all. I would never recommend this company to install anything. We have had a lot of renos done in our home and everyone else we have had come in has been professional and done great quality work. Don't buy from them - its not worth the headache. When I called to complain, no one returned my call or my questions from either Mr. Tankless or Active Temp Control Inc. The actual product has been in my home for about 6 months now, and it works great. Water is consistent and hot, and our gas bill has gone down dramatically. Too bad the install left such us with a sour view of the product.

    install water heater

    Installed my water heater (bad job) with promise of government refund and free water softener. Three appointments to install water softener - no call and no show. Leave messages daily and no calls back ever. When I finally do get through to GM he deceives every time with excuses that are a joke and makes promises that are never kept. No one can tell me who my refund will be from or provide me with a copy of the submission they contend was sent on my behalf. They advertise falsehoods ! STAY AWAY !

    tankless water heater

    Cancelled one week after applying, prior to any work being done (suppose to be no penalty for opt out). Told them I was cancelling as I could not get the Gov't rebate. Without the rebate, I did not feel it was worth the cost. Called Mr. Tankless for reimbursement of $93.50 fee (spoke to Sherry & Mo) and was told (not too nicely) that this was an administration fee & would not be reimbursed. Mo asked if I could get the rebate, would I still take the system. I told him that if this was his idea of customer service, I was not impressed and no I would not take it now. He said I was just looking for an excuse to cancel and would not get my $$ back. I then contacted the Ministry of Consumer Services (1-800-889-9768) for procedure to follow in order to make a formal complaint.

    tankless water heater

    i saw Mr tankless advertise almost every where then i decided to get some information and when i met with sells person i got fair information and there price was lower than other company. overall i am happy with my decision and i think there is big advantage to have tankless instead of hot water thank no retain water and direct hot water is a good benefit .i did not have any problem withe my service.

    they have done a really good job we are so happy with price and the service they were on time and very Cline finisher workers with good personality .we be glad to have this company for are all applications that they are expert at

    House Renovation

    From placing the call for service to completion of work, this was a positive experience.Yes [would hire again], the contractor was very professional and got the job done right without any complications.     tankless

    Attention everyone. I am in a water softner business and very carefull with which company i would do business with!! I heard alot of good things about mr tankless and there low price and services. When i saw home star reviews i realized that most of the problems that mr tankless has had was before 2010 and that was when they where related to companies like active temp control and ontario energy group which i searched was only a new 5 month old busiiness that had a big effect with mr tankless clients last year. I got the new navien tankless NR210 from them in about a month ago. No problems what so ever and they were very fast and i did the inspection after my install and the results are incredible. My gas bill has reduced accordently as the sales man promised and i am very very happy person with the product and their work. They also give you a month try out which insures them and their client.

    Install tankless water heater

    They seem to be a big con. I contacted them in Nov 09 when i call now they say they are new as of Feb 01. Call them and 2 for service you will get a machine and no one will call you back. If you hit 1 for sales you get someone immediately. They did not file my rebate for the installation. They used other companies they owned but have since closed. Please do not use this company the GM is dishonest.
