Urban Piping did an outstanding job replacing the poly-b throughout our house, replacing toilets and flushing drain lines. We were impressed with the customer service, prompt response time and attention to detail through the estimate process. Going through the findings, I learned a lot about the house because Graham took the time to show and explain things to me, even well outside the scope of work. These guys do the entire job, including the refinishing work to walls, ceilings, etc so my job was easier, I didn't have to research and hire separate contractors for anything! Graham also helped us to make smart decisions about specific pieces of work to stay in budget.When it came time for work to begin, he walked me through what to expect through to completion. Attention to detail is beyond thorough with this crew! Everything turned out exactly as we expected and on budget, and the quality of the finishing work is so good that my family can't tell where the walls were opened up! They ran air scrubbers and took great care to protect the house from damage or traveling mess; it was cleaner when they left than it was before they started! Thanks for taking such great care of us through this project, guys!

I had 2 hot water tanks replaced. They came in on time and the price was exactly as quoted. Jordan, the plumber, was very professional and easy to deal with.

I'd had difficulty with my plumbing due to a severe cold snap, and did not know what the real problem was , although I knew the water heater may be part of the problem. Jordan , one of the plumbing experts at Urban Piping, came over on short notice to investigate. Despite the extremely trying weather conditions and poor road conditions, he cheerfully and efficiently diagnosed the problem as the hot water heater, and returned the next business day to install a new water heater. During the two weeks the new heater has been running it has worked perfectly.

Easy process to book. They turned up when they said they would, called to give me a 30 min heads up, did the work quickly and efficiently. Followed up with a call the next day to make sure I was happy. Would definitely recommend.

Our toilet was making a lot of noise when flushing. The noise was the cause of the piping not getting enough air . Found out that the air vents on our roof outside were all iced up and covered in snow therefore not letting any air in. they had to go on the roof in -26 and clear the vent out. Then they also augered out the drains. What a mess. Now running smoothly and no noise. We have used them in the past always happy. Graham is very knowledgeable and efficient as was his worker.

I had an issue with an existing water conditioning system and Urban Piping came highly recommend. I contacted Graham and he was very familiar with the system I was dealing with, he educated me on the filtration system and found the filter required. When he came to my home he was very professional, fast and affordable. I'm wanting to install a water softener in the near future and plan on contacting Urban Piping to do the install. I was 100% satisfied with the experience, Graham's knowledge and I highly recommend this company.

I had my existing hot water tank removed and a new one put in. When I called the company for info, Graham was completely honest and up-front about everything. I even asked about a competitor and he spoke highly of the competitor. I wanted an experienced installer and he even offered to come and do the installation himself (he's the owner of the company) if I wanted that after he told me his number of years of experience and knew I was hesitant to have a junior installer. I called back a few days later after deciding to go with Urban Piping. Graham booked in an individual he had personally trained so he knew his competency level. Day-of, both Graham and the installer showed up. The installer did the work and Graham was doing QA/QC type checking and helping as-needed. The work was done quickly. Both were very professional. I gave 4 stores instead of 5 because (a) there was mud on the floor of my mechanical room after the replacement and it wasn't there prior to; the mess made wasn't cleaned (b) The vent on the relief valve was installed too close to the drain that I wouldn't be able to thread a hose to the drain. I pointed it out to Graham and he adjusted it, but I wouldn't have had the strength to adjust it myself if I noticed it after they left (c) The cold water valve was left in the off position. They left and I turned on some taps to the hot water setting to check things out and no water ran. I realized they had left the valve in the off position, so the tank wasn't filling. Those things aside, I would recommend them for their honesty on pricing and the products they offer, for the fact they do not use apprentices but only graduated, fully trained individuals, they do not speak poorly of competitors, they take the time you need on the phone to answer any questions you have up-front so you feel confident with your choice, and because they do not charge a call-out fee for hot water tank installation. I'd use this company again for sure.

I’ve tried installing my own waste disposal the first time around ( about 10 yrs ago), it was such a pain that this time when I recently did a kitchen renovation I just decided to hire a professional. A little searching online lead me to this company. Really good fast work from them.

I have to say I couldn't be happier I went with this company. I talked to other places and they provided me with reasonable price solutions but no one took the time to educate me before making a decision. I would of ended up with too small of a unit. So thank you for taking the time to walk me though everything.

No hot water the week before Christmas is bad enough, but trying to find someone to fix it is even harder. Urban Piping to the rescue! They were out the next day, assessed the problem, had the parts on hand, and we were back in business within a few hours. Quotes were bang on, and no pressure to do more than was required. Invoicing was super easy, and the service was excellent! Nice to have someone who will come out to the Spruce Grove/Stony Plain area. Highly recommend Graham and his team!
