    removing knob & tube wiring

    We discovered some old wiring in our recently purchased home - and contacted HC Electrical based on positive reviews from Homestars. Given that our insurance required us to change the wiring in a timely fashion - we were anxious to find a company that could complete the job within our 30 day window. HC Electrical were the first to connect with us following our inquiry and Larry was able to schedule a visit to our house to assess the wiring situation and provide a quote. He was very friendly, informative and explained what work would be required and how he and his team would work around our old lath/plaster walls. Larry followed up the visit with an email with detailed quote attached. Larry and his team arrived on time for all scheduled appointments and completed the work with the time frame promised. They took great care with our finicky lath/plaster walls and cleaned up the work areas at the end of each day. When our new AFCI outlet was giving us a hard time - Larry arrived promptly to resolve the issue. Great customer service! We will definitely utilize HC Electrical again in the future.

    Knob and Tube

    Larry is HE Electrical! He is upfront about all the work and changes. He doesn't do all the work himself but supervises the workers very closely. He is quick to respond to any unforeseen or unexpected challenges. (Ours is an older house). His workers were very easy to have in the house and cleaned up after the electrical work. They were hard working and arrived every day on time. Reliable and trustworthy.

    lights, plugs, heaters etc.

    I used them three times on three different places as a contractor and have been very happy. I have given their name out to others. They have showed up when they said and done the work so everyone has been happy good bunch of guys

    Electrical service upgrade, and rewiring of entire house.

    Larry and his crew were timely clean and did good work at a good price. Very happy with the results and would certainly recommend to anyone in the future.

    Know and Tube wiring

    The guys from HC Electrical were very professional and passionate about their work. They re-wire my living and dining room which had old wiring, the work was completed in two day and I'm very happy with their work. I will gladly recommend them to any friend or family who is looking for a good electrician.

    Potlight installation and lighting work

    Very impressed with Larry's professionalism and work. Excellent work on installing the pot lights and dining room light. Work was done very well. Highly recommended! Thank you Larry - great work

    Missed electrical outlet

    I had all the knob and tube removed from my home a decade ago. Or so I thought. You can imagine my surprise when I stumbled upon what appeared to be an ungrounded (missed) receptacle beneath a radiator. The original electrician was MIA. I asked friends for referrals to electricians, all of whom were too busy for me. So I consulted Homestars and found Larry. Thank goodness! He was able to come to my house within a few days. He came right on time, quickly found the problem and disconnected the plug after an hour of investigation at a reasonable price. I am thankful to Larry and will not hesitate to call him again for any job, big or small. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    Burnt Out Light Circuit

    I called Larry's number and he answered right away. I explained the issue I was having with a burnt out light switch and Larry agreed to come over that afternoon. He arrived within 2 hours and quickly resolved the problem for me. It was a small job but Larry handled like a true professional. Thanks Larry!

    Full house rewire

    Larry and his team exceeded our expectations - he and his team completed the work in 1/2 the time estimated by other companies and the price was also incredibly fair. I highly recommend HC Electrical Services and will share this lead with anyone looking.

    Full home re-wiring

    Larry and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Larry was understanding and patient with my many changes and updates to the work. I met with him on 3 separate occasions to go over what I wanted. I'm was so thankful for his patience and understanding. Kenneth and Jackson were extremely helpful and professional. I would recommend them to anyone he needs electrical work done to their home.
