Thanks for posting your experience... We do care about each and every one of our customers and where fair and feasible we do whatever we can to assist. The warranty specifically covers heaving or leaning of posts be it for Fences or Decks and although a rare occurrence - moisture levels, weeping tile installed after the fact or landscaping and other work can cause water to build up under the concrete which can in turn freeze and cause heaving. It is important to keep areas around posts free from below ground drainage lines to ensure this does not occur. It is a priority for us to take care of our customers and although timing not always as quick as we would like, when we commit to something it will get done ! Naveen, we are glad we could complete this project for you and the 12 connected homeowners. Corner lots end up being more expensive as no one to share with on the one side of course. You all chose a solid Fence Style consisting of Heavy Duty 2x6 Framing (7-per section!) That is one of the most solid and structurally sound fences you can build for any residential home. Warranty items are always fairly looked after. Although not all items under our control or warranty such as natural wood behaviour, any item under warranty are honoured throughout the duration of the 5-year term and sometimes beyond as we try to assist our customers whenever its fair and feasible.
