Subdivision Backyard Fencing
Answer from pro:
Josh, thank you so much for working with us and we are glad we could get the job done for your subdivision ahead of schedule. More than 150 Homes were completed in the area over the last 3 weeks as we can efficiently use our in-house crews to complete work promptly once all needed paperwork is completed. Since 1998 now, 26 Years in business, we are one of the most experienced and seasoned builders out there. With our In House Teams made up of our -Post Crew Team -Concrete Truck Crew (Company-owned and operated) -Fence Install Specialists Every part of the project is done by our In-House Specialists to ensure a quality installation. Although we cannot control the natural properties of softwood lumber, we can ensure it's installed correctly and are confident the posts will be in the ground for decades to come! Some grass wear does occur as we need to use Heavy Duty Equipment to get diameter and depth needed, so although we cannot avoid this completely, the result is stable and strong posts that will stand the test of time. As always keep in mind concrete takes around 28 days to reach full compressive strength so no pressure on them until a month out is always recommended for optimal long-term durability! ___________ Alon Zamdvaiz Director of Sales CAN DO Fence _____________ Call / text (416)989-3934 Email alon@candofence.com
