We had a big project covering total 6 neighbourhoods for old fence replacement. We contacted with some vendors and Alon from CanDo gave me clear explanations on how they manage the project, what material they will use, project timeline, project cost structure, etc, also some specific questions from all our neighbours (eg. how deep the posts will be, nails for the fence, etc.) - very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. All our neighbours agreed to go for CanDo, which in the end proves to be the best choice we made. Project manager Samer did a great job coordinating all the project measurement, scoping, costing and pricing, scheduling and planning, executing and closing, etc. We all had multiple conversations/meetings with Samer to discuss many details for this big project. Samer always provides detailed explanations and professional suggestions. He also provided very detailed and clear price quote breakdown so that everyone can fully understand what their price quote was consist of. This was very helpful for the final price adjustment according to the project execution. It was surprisingly smooth for final price update after the whole project was done - it took me just 5 minutes to review all the figures in their final price update, all were in line with my records so I confirmed it in just one click. Probably the most important part is the project executions. CanDo sent two teams to our project. One team came in with their professional machineries and equipment and work on the old fences, posts, concrete base where necessary. I can see highly experienced and skilled professionals operating the heavy drilling machine on small hills, narrow pathway, even in tree/shrub jungle - digging deep holes with heavy machines in your backyard is never meant to be an easy job. :) But they have done it with great quality. Plus all the new posts were installed, aligned by the same team in the same day - highly efficient. The 2nd project team came in later to install all the new fence and doors. Again, highly experienced team did a great job for all the installation just in one day. Overall, we are very satisfied with CanDo's sales process management, customer communication, and project executions. Highly recommend CanDo.
