Although we always honour any item within Warranty for a 5-Year Term, we can't always get there right away. We strive to resolve any eligible Warranty repair within a 30-day period and whenever possible, sooner. (from April through the end of November as we are a seasonal business. Although we cannot always accommodate all requests or do so quickly, we are always upfront, honest and transparent about the process and what to expect and have all information about our policies and warranty both on our Website (under Warranty Info) and more detailed info when our Project Manager sends out Formal Quotes / Contracts (post site visits) with 'Conditions of Contract' always included transparently for our potential customers to review and consider. We always plan and execute a solid build to ensure the longevity of the base (Post Setting is key) so that the Fence meets all our warranty requirements and is structurally sound for decades to come.
