On time, on budget, super helpful, a great crew and a fantastic end result is how I would describe working with Tony and Westwood Aluminum. I was really impressed with Tony from the first call, the initiative he took and how quickly he responded. Throughout the entire process he was always quick to respond while giving us plenty of time to make decisions. We provided Tony a picture of a look we were trying to achieve and he came up with some great ideas that would work for our house -- the end result is even better than we imagined. The transformation is so significant that people we don't even know have stopped to tell us how great the house looks now. Working with Tony was a great experience and we are so happy with how it all (James Hardie siding, eavestrough, and downspouts) turned out.

A really great experience all around! Tony was friendly, easy to deal with and very responsive -- most of our back and forth was by email. And his installer, Icho, was prompt, cheerful, hard working, and did a wonderful job. We had a couple of real trouble spots with the old eaves troughs and pipes which Icho reconfigured in a much improved way. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Tony, and Westwood Aluminum -- thank you!

Tony is easy to work with -- we got through some difficult scheduling - it took months before other work could be completed so that Tony could begin. He stayed in touch and proved reliable. The work done is a magical transformation from what we had before. His crew was courteous and professional. Now we wish we had Tony do our entire house.

This company was exemplary in their work and communication. Tony gave a timely quote that was very competitive. When I met him he was very patient with all of my questions. Westwood left me with new, beautiful, black eavestroughs. He also removed old brown aluminum from around my garage and refaced it in black. In addition, I had installed new cedar undersiding on my front porch roof and he trimmed it nicely with the black aluminum to complete the look. I highly recommend these guys.

Tony was very responsive throughout the process of providing a quote, booking the work and getting our siding installed. In the end, his crew did a very good job, including working on some very cold days. When the job was complete, Tony was also good about following up to make sure that little details were looked after to our satisfaction. Overall, Westwood definitely seems to be committed to quality workmanship, but at a fair price.

I found this company on homestars due to their high rating. Tony (owner) was very honest and professional He walked us through the whole process and gave us our options. His crew Dragon and Miki were excellent, efficient and very tidy. What sets this company apart from others is their attention to the fine details and going out of their way to please the customer. I was doing soffit lights in parallel myself and Tony worked with us to ensure we could coordinate the work together with his guys. He even got us spray paint so that we could paint the lights the color of the soffits and faccia. This is something small but it really shows how above and beyond this company will go to please the customer. He also came by a second time to my home to validate the postioning of the downspouts before his guys came to do the work. I would definitely recommend them.

Finding a reliable and honest contractor was not easy. I have some reservations due to the bad news I heard for those fallen victims on scrupulous and dishonest contractors. I was very cautious in choosing the right contractor when I started this project. I did an extensive research on facia, soffit and eavesthrough system. I educated myself to learn and understand what steps involved in this project. I called several contractors and ask many questions about eavesthroughing. I got at least 6 quotes and set these quotes in a spreadsheet for me to easy to compare each one's features and the quoted prices. My house is a semi-detached one. I shared all the info that I researched to my neighbor for her to be able to make the right decision with me. We finally decided to go with Westwood Aluminum was the best choice, the one with most reasonable price and have very good reviews at Homestars. Tony and his team came on time and did the work in 2 days. First day was installation of soffit and facia under the newly installed roof. On the 2nd day, 2-team guys did the eavesthroughs and the downspouts. This was done and completed in less than 4 hours. The workmanship was excellent and the surroundings were cleaned up well. Tony did a great job to replace our aging eves trough and gutters last September. He provided us competitive pricing compared with 3 other company we contacted. The work and the communication was all in efficient manner. We were really happy with the quality of the work which helped tremendously in terms of waterproofing the house. Almost a year later, we contacted Tony to extend the downpipe in front of our house to ensure the water will be directed further away from the house, Tony came over during the weekend and did a nice job replacing the existing one for free. We were really impressed with how promptly Tony responded and completed job...and not to mention great customer service he always provides. Great work and we are very happy with Westwood Aluminum.

I was highly referred to Tony from a very respected contractor and Tony lived up to all my expectations. I own a Midtown triplex that looks like an apartment building with no curb appeal. After coming home to this ugly structure for 9 years I knew i had to do something. Tony helped me pick the siding and did a lovely job of sprucing the place up. His installation was impeccable and his communication through the process was excellent. I love my finished product. Thank you Tony!
