    Great Service

    Great install of high quality windows. They did four windows in less than four hours, all cleaned and completed.

    4 windows replaced

    4 person team came in at 11:00 and had cleaned up and gone by 330. They replaced and installed 4 windows which included a large picture window. They did a great job that wasnt easy. Alex who was the lead of team was very aware and pleased to look at anything I brought up or asked questions about. They made it look easy and always smiling. Cleaned the job up well after working hard getting windows in. I would recommend using Econoline

    Great product, great service, very satisfied with their products

    I bought my house in 2019, the windows were terrible, even though the house was only 6 years old at the time, I called several companies to get quotes. I decided on Ecoline, because they were going to put in the exact same size window (glasswise) all the other companies said that the actual glass would be much smaller than what I had. I wanted to keep it the same as my home didn't have many windows. I love the quality of the windows, and the framing around the window from the inside just snaps into place so if I have to paint all I do is unclick it. WOW, no taping no making sure that I don't paint the edge etc. Where were these windows 30 years ago. I would highly recommend Ecoline, their staff are very friendly and understanding and take the time to explain how everything works. Thank you Ecoline, Pavel, and the rest of the crew!! A++ I have attached Photos of the beautiful windows I have, and they are Kitty approved!! (I did remove my screen so no kitty scratches lol)

    Update : Eli our salesman , saved the day ! Good job! Eli has offered some incentives that will help us in our next purchase to complete our window renovations ! We are very happy with this product

    Living room windows and kitchen windows

    Oleg is the one who do measurements and do installations of my windows. He's ex perienced and had expertise in installing the the windows. He did a great job . After the installation they clean up everything. Ti all the team of Ecoline Windows thank you. Highly recommended.

    Window installation

    Big bay window installed, placed supports on rot wood under the window, multiple patch support for large window, no blue skin to help vaper barrier. Missing cocking on window seems. Multiple attempts to communicate no one calls they email and never show up to look as they suggested they would. Used photos for conversation rather then dealing with myself. Poor install and communications for a big window.

    New windows

    We had our windows on the upper floor of our house replaced with Ecoline Windows recently. Eugene came out to do the installation, was prompt, polite, and did the installation perfectly. Kate Z was our salesperson and we were impressed with her wealth of knowledge about the product and her ability to explain everything clearly. During the manufacturing process, we were kept apprised of the progress and all the scheduled appts happened when promised. The entire process has been a pleasure. Thanks so much and here's to years of enjoying our beautiful new windows!

    Replaced all windows in home

    Replaced all the windows in our 30 year old home to take advantage of the Canada Greener Home Grant. Ecoline provided the best quote when we were comparing at the start, and Carlos was attentive and informative throughout the project. Work commenced at the scheduled time. The installers Andrew and Vlad were competent and friendly, and were open to explaining their work as I conducted spot check inspections throughout the 3 day project. At the end there were a few minor issues observed during the final inspection and these were addressed in a timely manner. Thanks Carlos, Andrew and Vlad!
