    Window replacement, entire house

    Very happy with the quality of windows and installation. Timely and efficient installers. Clean up all debris. I would recommend!

    Window Replacement

    They did a great job from beginning to end. The process was clear, the workers were nice and it all went smoothly. I’ve used them for two renos now. The windows are such good quality I can’t hear anything outside!

    Good company and workers

    I am fairly happy that I chose the Ecoline Windows to do my window replacement for the government's Greener Home Grant. The representative was very helpful and informative, not only about the window installation but also on the procedure to claim the Grant. The installer did an overall good job, neat and sturdy. They did a lot of outside work under extremely freezing temperature (-30 C), which was impressive.

    awesome company

    I have a feeling that ecoline is a well managed company. From the quotation to the installation, they do what they commit to do. I got quoatations from several different window companies and I found ecoline windows are the most energy-efficient. I also like that vinyl plain casing, which I don't have to paint and also I can put them on and off easily. not every company offers this option. I would highly recommend ecoline.

    Window replacement

    Windows look great. Professional install crew. On time and worked non-stop in -40 winter winds. Cleaned up inside and out. Answered all our questions and had no concerns with product.

    Window replacement

    From the start the process with pretty some with our salesman Vlad who was very knowledgeable and helped through the whole procedure. Installers Mike and Nik were the BEST going beyond expectations! as parts were missing upon delivery and some of the work required had not been indicated on their contract. However, all was solved with no issue even though it required the installers to put in an extra half days work to complete the job. Vlad even made an on-site visit to ensure we were happy with the work done. Most pleased the end results!

    Large living room window replaced

    Ecoline was extremely professional when at our house to measure the windows that we required to be replaced. They provided helpful suggestions and provided a great estimate of when the window would be in and when installation would take place. The contractors on site to put the window in were early and even though the day was a little chilly (Jan 3/22 in Saskatchewan) they got it done. The window looks amazing!

    RUN, RUN AWAY FAST. FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

    My solid advice to you, dear reader, is to read all the 0, 1, 2 star reviews on google, HomeStars, BBB, and BELIEVE THEM. This company is awesome until installation. The installation crew that I got was unprofessional and disrespectful. Maybe you won’t end up with the crew I got, but do you want to take a chance? They argued when I asked them to put their masks to cover their faces. They left debris all over my door mat and garden. This could all have been forgiven but their workmanship was horrendous, almost non existent. The frame around my windows is mangled and some pieces are cut too short, some too long. Globs of caulking have been used to fill large gaps. I don’t think these guys even pulled out a measuring tape while they were cutting the finishing pieces. Go check out my photos and try and imagine yourself going to take a look at the finished work the next day when it’s light out. It was shocking, horrible. The pics you will see are my BRAND NEW WINDOWS. I stopped payment on my cheque. These guys make you pay in full before they start the job. What leverage do you have left after that? None. Since I stopped the cheque, they refuse to come back and finish the job. I want to be clear here. I would have been delighted to have fine new windows and pay Ecoline for a job well done. I would have loved to have been someone who could leave rave reviews, recommend this company left and right. These guys are not what they seem; there is so much irony reading their website after the fact. Who knows if the windows are even good quality. They take your money and leave a mess in their wake. I still have open walls and crappy windows. STAY AWAY. Pay a bit more and get some piece of mind.

    Windows Replacement Installation

    EcoLine Windows cleaned up completely inside and out, with no infringement on neighbors' properties! They were fast, efficient, friendly, and followed COVID-19 safety protocols & they arrived earlier than expected. They took care during the installation not to damage anything. The windows are very attractive and exceeded our expectations; great quality - excellent workmanship! They answered all our questions and provided clear instruction on the use of the new windows & service arrived the next day to pick up our blinds for trimming. We strongly recommend EcoLine Windows for window replacement!

    Window replacement

    We recently had 13 windows replaced by Ecoline and were very pleased with the window quality, installation team of Sergey, Andrey amd Vovg and the overall perormance of the company. The team was friendly, helpful and very experienced. We will have them back again and pleased to recommend them to others.
