    Window replacement

    The installation went really well. Installers were very professional and cleaned up after they were finished. They went through everything with me to make sure everything was good. The window looks awesome. I only gave 4 starts because it did take over 5 months for the order and install.

    Window Replacement

    Ecoline just completed the removal of original and install of seventeen new windows and one door in a 2400 sq foot 1985 Calgary constructed home. Prices were very competitive with other estimates. Vlad, the sales person, was personable and his non pressuring, helpful, attitude was certainly a relief. He provided the information clearly and concisely providing various options to allow us to choose our package without second guessing ourselves. Installation was fast and efficient; two days. The home was treated with respect and care by the workers with very minimal impact to the external stucco during window removal. Windows are beautiful and the furnace is running less. Trim install looks extremely good. Clean up was very good. Their install wait schedule was the shortest of the three companies we looked at. Time duration from Contract signing to install was fourteen weeks which was twenty weeks sooner than the next competitor. Definitely seek out a quote form Ecoline when looking at window replacement. We are very happy we did.

    Hall and Beadroom windows

    The windows were put in a little later than I expected but they kept on touch with me the whole time, to keep me in the loop. I was very happy with sales person, and also the workers. I'm am keeping them in mind for when I'm ready for my living room bay window. Sincerely Sylvana Renard

    Poor installation quality

    The good: Windows and doors are nice quality. Made in Canada. Price was good Warranty is good. The bad: installation is all about speed. Little regard for getting the new trim to match anything already in place. We were left with weird gaps in places. They didn’t even clean the glass after installation, most of the windows have silicon smeared on them that are a pain to clean off. A small crew (2 man) meant they had to disassemble some of the bigger windows in the truck and reassembled in the wall. Heavier windows were dragged on the driveway and the vinyl casing is all scratched up. We had painters come in to paint the trim after and they commented it was the worst siliconing they’ve ever seen. They had to touch up or redo most of them. I had to readjust the locks and door knobs almost immediately, found they weren’t installed properly. When I filled out the deficiencies list they just sent the same crew and he spent 15 minutes convincing me it was fine and left. There was some bylaw/ permitting issues around glazing requirements they didn’t know about that ended up costing us as well. Not the level of service I was expecting on a large 21 window contract.

    Basement windows replaced

    Ecoline did a great job installing new basement windows in our home. They were very friendly minus an incident with the scheduler. Otherwise everyone we dealt with was awesome. Very happy with there work and would highly recommend them.

    Provide and replace residential living room bow window

    I purchased a vinyl Bow window to replace a very old wooden framed unit. I had a very good experience with the sales, customer service and installation personnel. The removal of the old window and installation of the new window was performed quickly, neatly and was very nicely done. Professional installation for a beautiful new living room window.

    Professional Service

    Project Mgr, Vlad was very professional. He took the time to help me find door options to suit my needs. The quote was very detailed - showing exactly what I would be receiving. There were a few production delays, but the company was very good about keeping me up to date on progress. Installers were fast and professional and they made sure I was happy with the install before leaving.

    New window installation

    We would highly recommend Ecoline Windows for people looking to have new windows installed. The installers were very professional and worked very hard to complete all our windows in one day despite the poor weather. They laid tarps down in all the rooms in order to protect the floors, hauled away all the garbage and cleaned and vacuumed at the end of the day. The windows were well caulked on the outside and we received instructions on how to properly operate all of them. We also feel the price was competitive with other firms. And our windows look wonderful!

    New windows

    Great customer service and producf from Ecoline. Communication was prompt and they always kept us informed of the progress of our projecf. Installation went well and the new windows are beautiful.

    Door installation

    Ecoline Windows and Doors have a good product. My husband and i like the door and the people who installs it are professional. I highly recommend them. Check their website.
