    Windows and door replacement ..

    So far so good! Appointment was very informative and they have a great customer service. Looking forward to move to the installation process, I which their installation waiting time was sooner however I will take it as a sign that they are very good and busy :)

    Excellent window installation

    Our windows were just installed. Ecoline's quote was among the lowest but the quality looks excellent. Communication was good and timely. The installers were courteous and very conscientious - we appreciated how they cleaned up thoroughly. Very satisfied.

    Install new windows

    Awesome job, they installed 5 windows in one day , and did very impressive work, Clean up everything, highly recommend this company... I already told to my family and friends about my new windows, I highly recommend to them...

    Replaced front door, side door and kitchen window

    The installation looks great. I liked that the contractors answered our questions during the final inspection and were professional. I also appreciated that the customer service representatives also helped with any questions that came up about the installation process and the warranty. A positive overall experience.

    Window Replacement

    Very impressed with the work they’ve done for us over the years. We’ve had windows replaced 3 separate times through this company, and the work has been satisfactorily consistent through every job. Highly recommend.

    Window purchase and install

    Install guys did an amazing job and explained everything they needed to do. They worked through lunch to get the job completed in a very timely manner. They left almost no trace they were doing the work and cleaned everything up after completing the job. One window needed to be trimmed and they explained where they had to fix it not to compromise the window. Very happy with the new wundows and their work.

    Window Installation

    Excellent service and communication. Great price for a great product. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone looking quality work and product at a great price. Easy to deal and easy payment options. Professional as well as personal. Very pleased with the final result.

    Window

    We got a window changed out in our basement from a solid window to a window that can open. The two guys that came were quick, efficient, professional and did a great job. We are very happy with the window.

    Hardware/lock replaced under warranty after 4 years

    Great free transferrable warranty on windows with Ecoline to new owner. Had a minor hardware issue 4 years after installation and service/fix was provided under warranty. Ended up ordering two more windows from the company.

    Bungalow renovation

    Extremely poor service. Windows took twice as long to receive than I was told. There was zero communication and customer service was rude when I called to inquire. Price was fine and window quality is fine. Installers were friendly and cleaned up but the spray insulation they used around the new windows was not adequate and the trim around the outside of the windows was terrible. They cut the trim to different sizes and looks very mismatched. We will redo our own trim at our cost. We are extremely dissatisfied with the whole experience.
