    Windoow Installation

    I had Ecoline windows installed last December 2020 and I loved the windows and working with the company so much I went with them again this spring when I replaced another window in my sunroom (this summer 2021). One this I really like is how well they communicate with their customers. They are always updating their customers with what is happening with your order/installation, which I really appreciated!

    Window Replacements

    I just had 10 windows installed in my home and Ernie and his crew finished in one day!!! I am very pleased with there work and commitment. Everything was left as it was and they cleaned up after themselves.. Great Job guys.

    Widow Installation 4

    I recently had windows installed. They look fantastic! The installers cleaned and vacuumed up after each window installation. They arrived on time. Took the time to explain things. I am very satisfied with the work. I would recommend them to anyone who wants windows.

    Windows installation

    Excellent customer service from start to finish. Crew was on time and very professional, cleaning up as they went. Very pleased with the quality of the product. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them again in the future.

    Windows

    Right from the initial presentation to the final install every step was very professional.Pricing was fair and the quality of the windows is great.I truly recommend this company to others.

    terrible service

    We got a quote for garden doors that they did not honour….not once but twice. After our initial 2 hour consult, the salesperson gave us a quote on the wrong product as well, which led to the second quote that wasnt honoured. Management didnt honour the quotes given and offered no discpunt for our considerable time lost.

    Replace 3 widows and a door

    I had 3 windows and a door replaced and I am very pleased with the results. The staff were very friendly and professional. The actual installation was courteous, clean and quick. What I could expect and what was expected of me was clearly communicated either verbally or on paper. My only complaint is that a credit card was not acceptable for the final payment, although accepted for down payment. I am confidently awaiting this first winter with my new products.

    Windows replacement

    Very pleased with the service that was provided by Ecoline from start to finish. Big thank you to Oleg for explaining everything about the product and what we need to know, to Slava and the other guy (whom I didn't get his name sorry) for coming in on time and installing the windows and cleaning up afterwards. Super friendly and nothing but great feedback even from my whole family. Loving the windows. Highly recommended and will gladly do business with them in the future.

    8 window project

    From the beginning of our contact with Alex and his team working with Ecoline to get our windows replaced has been a positive and hassle free experience. Having a newborn at home and getting new windows installed, during a pandemic, was an adventure. The sales representative was unobtrusive, informative, knowledgeable, respectful, and polite. He never pushed us, and made sure we got exactly what we needed at a good price, and they helped steer us in the right direction with the government rebate program! When the Alex’s crew showed up they worked efficiently, cleanly and safely. The entire crew was respectful of our home, our request to take precautions for our infant, and ourselves. We were surprised when extra crew showed up at the end of the day to power through the last three windows. They came back in full force the next day to finish the trim, and complete the job. Even touching up the exterior paint on our home where they had been working. This has been the most enjoyable experience with contractors my family has had. They always had a smile for our babe and even softly sang lullabies when they knew babe could hear them. We are happy! And we have quality windows installed with solid workmanship. Thank you!

    Home Main Window Replacement

    Alex was a great advisor, and gave me a really good price. This was top service. Window replacement was done really fast, Ecoline personnel came to my place sharp in time.
