    Window installation

    From start to finish this was a great company to deal with. Both sales and installation staff was great to deal with. The installation crew was clean and professional. Would recommend

    Window installation resulted in cracks and holes in my walls; terrible customer service

    I had four windows replaced on January 9, 2018, and I was profoundly disappointed to find cracks and holes surrounding 3 of my 4 new windows. I had two different contractors give me estimates, and it is going to cost me $600-$700 to repair the damage to my walls caused by the installers. Furthermore, there are significant gaps between the window casings and my walls, which the installers neglected to caulk. Lastly, the installers left a significant amount of debris around the exterior of my home. The trust I had in this company when I hired them is completely gone, and I would never recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware!

    Windows

    I got multiple quotes for my replacement windows and chose Ecoline based on price, details provided in the quote, and warranty. They were flexible when it came time to choose an install date, and the installers were professional and did great quality of work.

    Window replacement

    I love, love, LOVE our new windows from Ecoline!! I had received quotes from quite a few window companies in Edmonton but the quality of the product Ecoline supplies made it an easy choice to go with them. The salesman Alexey was AMAZING! He even came over after the install was complete to make sure I was satisfied. The installers were very fast, knowledgeable, and clean. Mostly the difference between our old windows and our new ones is incredible! Our home is so much warmer, quieter, and safer now. If you are thinking about window replacement call Ecoline!!

    Ecoline Windows

    Installation was great and really paid attention to the details! The sales person made the decision easy. Sales person answered our questions and did not bad mouth the competition! Installation team explained everything quite well.

    Bed and bathroom upgrades

    From our first appointment everything was vary well explained to us. We found the online reveiws to be helpful and accurate. Our project was completed on time and on cost. Installers did a vary good job!

    Windows and Installation

    We chose Ecoline because of its professional presentation and assurance of matching our existing windows. We appreciated the helpful responses we received from sales and installation personnel. Two months after installation we continue to be completely satisfied with high quality workmanship.

    Window replacement

    I was very happy with the service I received from Ecoline Windows. The salesmen was knowledgeable and the job was done ahead of schedule. The windows look great, the installers did a good job cleaning up. The installers were very hard workers.
