    15 windows and framed my sun room door

    we saw the windows they put in for my mom and liked the job they did on her house we decided to get them and are happy we did the sale guy was very insightful land the installers were on time and worked very hard to get the job done I and my husband are extremely happy with the work they did and the finished product is awesome would highly recommend this company.to everyone who needs windows .you wont be sorry I know were not. to any one that needs windows go with ecoline windows.

    Four windows replaced.

    We just had four windows replaced, including a very large picture window. Our salesman was knowledgeable and professional and Ecoline was willing to match our best quote so we chose them because of their thorough process. They were manufactured and ready go in the expected amount of time. The installation was scheduled very quickly once they were built. The two installers worked very quickly and efficiently and did a great cleanup afterward. We love the new windows and they look wonderful too! We will eventually do all the windows in the house and will certainly call Ecoline again.

    Replaced 2 bay windows

    The salesman was friendly, not pushy, and brought a sample window assembly, unlike the first company who came to our home. No issues during production, and when they came to install the two bay windows, they arrived on time, were friendly, and worked hard the whole time. They might not have even taken a lunch break! They look great and open smoothly. The fit & finish is excellent. Thank you, we look forward to getting our other windows replaced by you in the future.

    Living room and kitchen

    ECOLINE offers the best service! We had a large livingroom window (5 windows in all) replaced along with our kitchen window. The salesman did not pressure us in any way and was very knowledgeable about the product. The installer's Olef and Sergiu were polite and worked so hard to get the job done. I loved the fact that they built the brickmold to match the sizes they needed instead of wrapping it with aluminum (no caulking inside the brickmold). Less maintenance!!! I gave them a 10 out of 5 stars. Thank you Ecoline for a job well done!

    Window Replacement

    After getting several quotes and talking to friends who had recommended Ecoline after also trying other companies, I chose Ecoline based on the referrals and the price. The salesperson gave me a great deal and the installers were just fabulous. They were meticulous in their work and I was especially impressed that they were able to reinstall my oak casings and that they looked really good. This was important because there's a lot of oak in my house and vinyl casings inside would've looked kind of odd. I had the windows in my entire top floor replaced and one room on the main floor. I love my new windows so much that I'm not going to wait a year to get the rest done like I was originally planning to do.

    Replacement Windows by Ecoline Windows

    Ecoline windows did a great job replacing my windows and I felt that I was in professional hands. Right from the beginning the salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly and you could tell she really believed in her product. She brought a small window with her so I could see for myself the things she was talking about. There were a few options to choose from and she was comfortable negotiating prices with me based on the options I wanted. The installer was also very knowledgeable and even when he came to measure he alleviated some of my concerns by just answering my questions. When he came back to install the windows he made sure to show me where the damage was as I had leaks and reassured me that everything would be removed and I believed him - also because of the warranty they provide you with. The crew cleaned up everything perfectly and I hardly knew they were here. The people I met in this company seem very honest and knowledgeable and they did a great job. The product seems to be everything they said it would be so I am a very happy customer and I have recommended them to friends and family.

    New Basement Windows

    We had our 4 basement windows and 1 living room window replaced. We chose Ecoline based on 2 positive referrals from colleagues who had windows replaced by this company. The sales representative was very friendly and informative, he answered all of our questions honestly with supporting information. He even gave us information about the quality and age of the existing windows in our home, to help us be more informed. The work crew for both measurements and installation were excellent. They were punctual, very friendly, worked efficiently and left behind very little mess. It was evident the work crew was experienced, and worked well as a team. The finished result exceeded our expectations. My wife and I are very pleased with Ecoline Windows and Doors and would recommend them to anyone looking to have new windows installed in their home. If we should ever need windows again, Ecoline will be the first company we call.

    Full House Windows (19) Replacement

    ■ The reason we chose this company was - high reviews from Homestars - lower price comparing other company quotes with 3 pane - salesperson was friendly and more assuring than other company sales reps ■ Salesperson recommended installation in 3 steps for convenience in moving furniture around and payment would be split as well. ■ I would choose this company again in the future even though there were few issues but - be more careful of making sure contract has everything in writing (price, installation type, windows styles etc, installation date) as there may be surprises Advantages: - Overall like the 3 pane windows, noticed the insulation effect on heating and noise level comparing to our old wood windows - Price was better than other quotes and payment split within 3 installations, paid deposit before each installation - They cleaned up after installation relatively good Disadvantages: - No Weekend installation so had to take off from work for the installations and few repair visits - In one of the installations, they left the old windows laying by the side walk and on the grass as they were coming again next day. This was a safety hazard for us and people walking by, had to call them, they came and stack the old windows by the side of our house. Would have preferred the old windows to be removed from property or placed in their trailer - Few windows were not closing properly so had to call them to re-install / fix which at the end was not satisfied 100% but good enough that rather not take day off for their next fix as I am not sure they can fix it next time if they didnt in the 1st repair - Had to wait too long for the 2nd and 3rd Installation scheduling - Had to argue about price in the 3rd installation as sales rep wanted to increase due to usd/cad rate etc, at the end he agreed on the price after showing the initial quote

    window updates

    Updating Windows We are replacing our windows 3 or 4 at a time; on an ongoing basis. . We had several quotes and were very pleased with the Ecoline quote. This is now our second time working with this company. We are very satisfied with the whole process; from prompt quotes, to keeping us updated on window manufacture and delivery, experienced installers with great clean up and post installation follow up.

    Replaced 2 windows

    We received excellent service from the sales personnel, schedulers and the installers. They were very knowledgeable and proud of their product. We are very impressed with the triple pane glass and the function of the windows. We will recommend your company to our friend and family. Rick MacKay
