    Window installation

    Ecoline was easy to deal with, always kept me up to date and professional to deal with. Made scheduling very easy and I am very pleased with the end result. Good windows.

    Windows

    We bought our house with half of the windows replaced, and the other half the old metal sliders that were incredibly drafty and noisy. We made the decision to replace the other half of the windows and looked at this and other businesses for quotes. From the start, they were very accommodating to our schedules and Alex came one evening and layed out everything. Hes very knowledgeable! We decided to go with Ecoline because they were the most straight forward and honest, plus their price was much more affordable than we thought it would be! The instalation crew was on time and courteous. They made quick work of installing all 9 windows and cleaned up after themselves. They let me ask questions and allowed me to give input on the style and change the finishing that they put on. The inspector was here and went through every window with us to make sure we were happy with the result. The first night, we noticed a HUGE difference in our temperature of rooms and how little we could hear the busy road behind us! We have been very impressed with all the steps associated with the choice we made to change these windows. They took a task that i was stressed about, and made it a walk through the park! We have already recommended this company to others and still have the sign proudly at the end of the driveway!

    Basement window replacement

    I was recommended Ecoline Windows by a co-worker and decided to give them a try, which I am very glad I did. They were very professional at all times from the sales guy to the installers. I'm very please with the entire process and use them again for any future projects.

    Replacement windows

    Got them to do 2 large windows and 1 smaller bedroom window. Very personable and high quality of materials and work. I could not be happier having chosen Ecoline. My master bedroom is warm again!

    Excellent Service

    The salesman customer service and installers were very friendly and knowledgable. The window arrived on time and installation was quick smooth with no mess left behind. The product is solid looks great and was well priced. Definitely a five star experience.

    Replacement of 3 windows

    We are looking to have all windows replaced in our home and Ecoline was very accommodating to individually price out select windows. The crew was very professional and took great care in cleaning up after the installation. Olaf, the sales rep was very though in explaining the different styles and types to suit both our aesthetic and financial needs. I would highly recommend Ecoline windows

    Window replacement

    After trying to get a few window companies to give me an estimate to replace my windows, I decided to go with Ecoline. My decision was based on the fact that no other company called me back. Not only were they wanting my business but the whole team, from sales rep to installers, to follow up rep, were very thorough and professional. Great work!

    Window Manufacturing, Sales and Service

    Each step in this process was synchronized from sales to manufacturing to installations. Their team was efficient and professional at every step. They pay extra attention to customer service and make you feel like a valued customer. I would highly recommend them for any job. They keep their word which is a rare in the business world today. Great experience!

    Bay window

    We chose Ecoline because of the flyers in the mail & the salesman was very knowledgeable. The installers were very efficient & prompt. The communication was excellent in notifying us of appointment times & any delays due to the weather. It was a pleasant experience & we are pleased with the product.

    Whole house window replacement

    Ecoline's customer service was excellent and began with their imediate response to my request for a quote. Their sales representatives arrived exactly on time and took extra time to fully determine our needs and wants for our window installation. They offered a premium product at a very reasonable price. The installation was conducted mainly by Constantine and Mikhail of Ecolines expert staff. They spent three days in our home during which they went out of their way to minimize the disruption to our routine. They went so far as to avoid noisey tools as my wife was working nights. The installation was fully inspected by Ecoline's project managers who fully explained the workings and features of our new windows. Overall this was a very positive experience and we highly recommend Ecoline Windows!
