    Replacement of 4 windows

    Ecoline was fantastic to deal with from beginning to end. They're quote came in a few hundred dollars more than the first quote we got, however, I felt like we got superior windows, warranty and service than we would have otherwise. The installers were quick, clean and respectful and I was impressed with the quality control by the inspector that comes in st the end of the job. I will definitely be using them again when we replace the other windows in our home!

    Windows

    Great company, great people. They really care about customer5 needs. We had the upstairs windows done about a year ago and decided to call them back to do the rest of the house . We recently had done the basement windows and a door . Excellent customer service, very happy with the product and more than pleased with he installers on site. Everything was done on time , no delays no errors . We will recommend them to all our friends, co-workers with confidence. Great job Ecoline team, from sales to customer service, installers you guys are the best . Overall a very positive experience

    Windows

    The Ecoline experience was awesome at every step of the process. The salesperson set the expectations and the installers exceeded them. I recommend this company for all your windows needs.

    Bathroom Window - first stage of larger project

    I was recommended Ecoline Windows by a friend at work and decided to give them a try, which I am very glad we did. They have been very professional at all times, with the Sales rep explaining every option and feature across all the products we were interested in, then providing us with a price we were happy with. We decided to go ahead with a bathroom window what we needed done quickly, and again found the installation process to be very smooth and professional. We received a call before each visit (for the measurements, then the installation) and the staff arrived on time. The install was carried out perfectly, with a detailed explanation of the opening/closing mechanism, and everything was cleaned up nicely with no mess left behind. Best of all, I had 2 sets of managers contact me to make sure I was happy with the result! We will definitely be using Ecoline again when we are ready to order our next set of windows - and doors!

    Excellent Service & Windows

    Quick installation and excellent clean up. Love that Ecoline manufactures their own windows, and in Canada. There's no "grade" of windows either, just a choice of how many panes. I appreciate that not only did an inspector come after everything was done for quality assurance, but we also had a follow up call to ensure everything went well. Very happy with our windows and experience.

    Window and patio door

    We selected Ecoline windows after seeing some of their other work in our neighbourhood, and agreed to use them after having a very pleasant experience with the sales staff. The house has all the original aluminium clad windows and doors, but I was only replacing a select window and patio door and didn't feel pressured at all to change the rest at the same time as I have with other companies. The installation team was professional and tidy, I had no concerns about the product or the labour during or after the installation. Will most certainly recommend to others and will use to replace the other windows as required.

    Window replacement

    We had them come an replace most of the windows in our house. We were really pleased with our sales rep, he worked hard to be within our budget and ensured we got exactly what we were looking for. When it came time for the installation the crew were top notch. They treated our house with great respect and were extremely tidy, especially considering the amount of work they had. The installation was smooth and we were very impressed with the quality of work. They even surprised us by paying attention to the color of caulking we had on our other windows and using something that matched. The follow up inspection and phone calls from Ecoline has been amazing. Everything is perfect but I'm sure if there were any issues it would be taken seriously and resolved right away. We have begun saving up to replace our basement windows and know who we will be calling when the time comes.

    Window Installation

    Alex with sales was fantastic, he explained the quality of the windows, prices and different options in Windows. He wasn't pushy but very friendly and didn't seem to mind our questions. The installation guys were very professional and thorough. They were careful with the furniture we weren't able to move. Overall we are happy with the job.

    Window installation

    We used Ecoline on the recommendation of our neighbor and we were very pleased with the results. Professional and efficient from the salesperson who came and measured to the installers. The installation was very quick, the whole house in a day and a half. They came back this past January to do a bathroom window, and our experience was the same. Follow up was great, asking if we had any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend using Ecoline for your window installation.

    Very Professional, Clean, and Prompt

    Very professional. Sales rep was courteous, installers were fast and cleaned up very well. We are very happy with the appearance and quality of the windows as well. Highly recommended.
