    GREAT WORK COMPLETED ON 2 PROJECTS

    Joe, Tony and Maggie are an incredible team. Excellent, timely and professional service. They also bent over backwards to provide SOS 24 hour turn around testing during the home inspection of my house sale. I've tested mold and asbestos with them at 2 locations. They made sure I understood the process and great communication along the way. Thanks to the 3 of you. I highly recommend your Services.

    Home Inspection

    Tony was very thorough, checking up to make sure we were satisfied during and after the work. I really appreciate the excellent work that they have done. I would definitely recommend that you contact them for issues relating to water damage and mould in your house.

    Honest, Reliable, Knowledgeable. Tony is the Best!!!

    I noticed some unusual water marks in my ceiling in the living room. I contacted Tony to see if he would be able to help figure out the root of the issue. Was super easy to schedule a appointment with him. He did a thermal around the area of concern and did a thermal around the entire main floor and second floor to eliminate any other potential concerns. He pinpointed the issue and recommended how to have it rectified and fixed. He told me about a few other things that he noticed that I should do while he was doing the thermal without even expecting it. I didn't even ask for it but he was extremely courteous, friendly, professional and had a solution to everything. Thank you Tony!!!

    Mold inspection

    I hires the company to inspect a resale home I purchased recently and they did a great job and I’m very satisfied with the service, I will definitely use the service again.

    Happy Repeat Customer

    This was my second time calling the Inch by Inch team. The first time was for air quality tests and this time I called the team after an electrician pointed out concerns for asbestos. I appreciate how responsive this company is. The owner Tony is very knowledgable and has a common sense approach. He took the time to speak with me, give his opinion and tested my asbestos concerns promptly. I would not hesitate calling them again for any future needs.

    Home inspection

    I hired inch by inch to do a home inspection on my home and I will say inch by inch is a professional company and reasonably priced. I received a very detailed report that was beneficial to bring my home to the market. Highly recommended.

    Water Leak

    There was a water leak in my home 3 years ago and I called Inch by Inch. Tony easily found the source of the leak and once this problem was rectified, we could easily correct the damage. Tony's knowledge of homes and their workings is second to none. He is kind and reliable and was a life saver. Tony is professional and is equipped with state of the art equipment. What impressed me the most is his attention to detail and his ability to find the problem within your home. Recently we had another unrelated leak and again Tony's knowledge was second to none. He diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes. We are on the way to rectifying the problem because of Tony's wealth of knowledge.

    Best in the Business!

    Tony is by far the best in the business. I have been working with him for over 13 years on all of my homes. He is trustworthy, honest, reliable and most of all is great at his job. He is upfront and realistic when it comes to inspections and will always go the extra mile to make sure that no stone is unturned when it comes to inspections and further testing required. Thank you Tony, I will always highly recommend you.

    Home Inspection with Tony

    Tony performed an inspection for a home i was interested in purchasing. Thanks to Tonys attention to detail and diligence, he identified potential issues to consider before making the biggest decision of my life. Found my inspector for any home I'm going to consider.

    Attic Mould

    We had a listing coming up and discovered from our pre-listing home inspection report, we found mould in the attic. We were looking at a very tight timeline to schedule this in. Inch-By-Inch was very quick to respond, send someone in the day I called to give an estimate, assisted with a price modification, and started and completed the project the next day. They provided us with before and after pictures as well as a certificate for proof of remediation. Tony worked hard to help us get this taken care of, was kind, generous, and patient with me. I would 100% recommend this company.
