We contacted Inch By Inch Inspections to do a home inspection prior to our Second Year Warranty submittion to Tarion. Tony was amazing and was able to make it out a couple days after our initial conversation. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. Taking his time and going over items so that it was understandable. He then took time to go over the report and any further questions that I had, which went a long way for me as I walked away trusting his opinions and expertise. I would most certain it recommend Tony and Inch By Inch Inspection to family, friends and anyone looking for a Home Inspector.

Joe inspected the various areas causing us concern and ended helping us indentify 3 minor issues that we could solve relatively easy. Super nice guy, informative and thorough. Highly recommend Tony and Joe!

My husband and I hired Tony upon purchasing our very first home. As first time home buyers, we were very nervous but Tony's patience and expertise made the process seamless. His knowledge base was exceptional and we would definitely hire him again.

Tony spent almost 4 hours at our property going through all items that could be seen as a potential risk. He was very knowledgable about which home problems were cosmetic versus those that needed to be addressed immediately. In regards to Asbestos testing, he has lots of experience with testing older homes and can spot materials that may contain Asbestos or mold. I would highly recommend Tony.

Called and spoke to Tony; arrange a time for taking air quality samples and inspection; he had to take two tests; one inside and one outside as baseline; he used thermal equipment and looked for leak and water damage; under kitchen cabinet was damaged before got this Condo 2 years ago and gradually developed mold; so am I as now have allergy to mold; Tony was very friendly and helpful; strongly recommend his professional service to all who have mold issues or just wanter to make sure property has no mold issues before purchasing it; I will for sure do this from now on.

I have an autoimmune disorder and mid-last year, I suspected that the mold in my home was causing my flare ups. I hired Tony to come in and inspect our basement and he found high levels of mold. He was very informative and provided recommendations and support the entire way through. Through a referral he provided we did mold remediation and fixed our basement and everyone in the house is feeling better. I bought a new home earlier this year and had Tony do a home inspection and also check for mold. He did find low levels of it in the basement and with my health I was not going to take any chances so we have taken all the steps needed to resolve the issue. I could not be happier with Tony's work and recommend him to anyone looking for home inspections or mold inspections. He is the best you can find.
