Brandon, of Lighting Innovation & Design, answered our service call and took the time to drive from one end of the GTA to the other to attend to the issue, and quickly diagnosed the source of the problem to be a failed transformer. With Brandon's help, a broken cable was also repaired and a new transformer restored our outdoor light connections, beautifying our garden display once again. We have called upon this company on several occasions and have been very pleased with their response and overall service. Thank you, Brandon, for your time and effort.

Jimmy did a great job in changing our old florescent lights into the innovative LID-Edge Lit-Panel-Cool white. It's a major improvement to our lighting environment. Jimmy kept us abreast of when the work would be done, gave us a quote and delivered on time and on price. He's very professional and I would recommend his service without hesitation.

Brendan did a great job installing our outdoor pot lights. He gave us great suggestions on the placement of the lights as we were not sure of where and how many we should get. He is very genuine and never pushed us. He is prompt, organized and very thorough with his work. We are very happy with his work and would happily recommend him.

It was a real pleasure working with Brendan. Living in a semi detached I have matched my neighbors lights. Brendan was very realistic and professional. He knows exactly how not to overdo the pot lights so they would look ambient and not overpowered or tacky. We are very happy with the result. They are warm and inviting. They are also discreet during the daytime to it's not and eyesore when they are not on during the day. Thank you.

Brendan was professional right from the start. He gave me a quote within 24 hours that was detailed and complete in his pricing and materials estimate. He was able to fit us in within a couple of weeks, came when he said he would, and finish the job in expected time. He also went above and beyond - we had some hard to reach lights on the roof above the front glass awning and he actually had to build a platform to reach them properly. No complaints, no extra charge. His price was better than at least two other companies we found on Homestars, but the service and final product are outstanding. There is a small issue left with one light and a sensor and I have no doubt he'll be back ASAP to fix - he has been easily available and responsive the whole way through. Highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of meeting Brendan who gave us a quote and performed the install. Everything he presented in his estimate was done to our expectations. His quote was reasonable considering we had quotes 2.5X compared to his. Brendan was very personable and accommodating to our changes during the install. More importantly, he was very punctual at showing up to the job site on time which does not happen very often with the majority of trades. We would highly recommend his services. Thanks Brendan!!!!

After holding off finishing the lighting project on our one acre property because of the initial cost being so extravagant, we decided to call up Jimmy and he gave us a quote that we couldn’t believe. They finished off lighting our maple trees and were very accommodating when I asked to have lighting moved a couple of times during this project. Brandon was very professional and friendly and we would totally recommend this company.

Did an excellent job, affordable. Jimmy was good to deal with, didn't try to oversell us on lights, in fact sold us less than we thought and suggested we look at them and if we felt we needed more they would come back, which we did later, asking for 3 more. The installer Brennan was awesome and definitely a pro. Good people and company to deal with.

One of the best experiences in dealing with a contractor. Very professional from start to finish. Starting from Jimmy's visit to view property and quote the job, followed up Brendan's attention for detail and recommendations during installation. Brendan and his team did an outstanding job on our outdoor landscape lighting on both our front and backyards. These were 2 separate projects - both were completed on time, on budget and with the highest level of quality and professionalism. We had a professional landscape design for each project and Brendan followed the layout to a "T" We really appreciate Brendan's no-nonsense approach and strong work ethic. The lighting products Brendan provides are of the highest quality. Other than a defective transformer, which Brendan replaced immediately, there have been no issues with any of the other equipment. Both our yards look awesome when lit up! We highly recommend LID and would certainly work with them again on any future projects.
