I recently hired P & P Painting & Renovations to completely gut and renovate my elderly mother’s condo bathroom. We were very impressed with Natanael's attention to detail from his initial estimate through to the work completed. They removed the bath tub and replaced with a glass enclosed walk-in shower; installed safety bars, replaced all walls and ceiling, replaced the toilet, vanity & top, faucet, medicine cabinet, all new tiles and paint.
The job was started and completed exactly on time as promised.
Every day Ariel reviewed with us what work had been done that day and what he was going to do the next day. Unfortunately there were a couple of errors but the real test was how they corrected the mistakes. After discussing with Ariel and Natanael what we were not happy with, without hesitation they agreed and immediately corrected everything. Natanael insisted they would stay as long as necessary until we were completely happy with the bathroom. He was good to his word and we could not be happier.
Ariel was very considerate and accommodating while working, especially with some changes we made which caused extra work for him. He also did some extra repairs in another bathroom and in the kitchen for my mother.
Natanael is very pleasant to deal with and runs a friendly, well organized and very professional company. As well, Ariel is a very decent and honest hard worker. I would hire them again and would definitely recommend them.
