We provided you with a quote before we came, Our company charged you our minimum service charge which in place to cover the costs of running a small business, overhead and insurance costs and our employees wages. We even paid the taxes for you because you asked for a seniors discount for your 80 year old mother. If you'd like to speak further my door is always open. Feel free to call me on my cell. Since this complaint I have instructed my team answering the phones to always ask if you have checked your panel for a tripped circuit breaker first to try to save you from having to pay for a service call necessarily. Again I am truly sorry if You feel you paid too much.
