We were accidentally locked our keys in the car, and didn't have the auto club phone number, so our neighbour recommended Dr Locksmith. They were at the house very quick, in less than 10 min., and the guy was really courteous and helpful. We thought 80 seemed a bit much for the service, but this might be reasonable for a 30 min house call. That's the only reason I did 4/5 for recommending to others, I'd say get some quotes (if you have time and aren't locked out of your house and car!)

I was happy with Dr. Locksmith and would use them again. I called them as I was locked OUT of my bathroom. They came in short order and took care of that. Additionally, they did a number of tasks in my home that were on my to to list: adding a patio door lock security lock to front door. everything done perfectly.

We were in the midst of getting our new front door installed when we realized that we needed a new lock set for our door. Our door needed a narrow multipoint handset and is not very common. Dr. Locksmith came as a recomendation and when we called we received a professional, fast and courteous response. Moni managed to obtain the perfect lock set for us in a day! His friendly demeanor and knowledge of his trade was greatly appreciated.

The locksmith who came was very pleasant and professional and fixed the broken locks instead of replacing them which would have cost more money. He cold have just told us that they were broken and needed to be replaced in order to charge more but he didn't. Will use them again if ever in need of a locksmith.

Called the day of closing on a new home to get the locks changed. Moni was able to accomodate the last minute request. Showed up a bit later than he had originally told us, but more than made up for it with his transparency in his work. He explained to us how the locks worked, and what the benefits were of different locking systems without any sales pressure to buy any new locks. Overall a pleasure.

We moved to a new home and wanted our locks changed and rekeyed. Moni matched the color of lock that we needed to the existing hardware,, changed the locks, rekeyed them and was happy to provide me with 5 keys at no extra change. I was very happy with the service Dr Locksmith provided and would not hesitate to use their services again.

I called Dr. Locksmith after my front door double-sided deadbolt broke. The key was just spinning in the outside lock without engaging the deadbolt. Expecting that I could make an appointment for him to come later in the week, I was surprised when he told me he could fix it that same evening. The good doctor is a very pleasant gentleman who called to let me know that he was running late. He was happy to discuss different options with me and I ultimately decided on installing a new lock. This took about an hour and the new lock looks better than my old one. I'm very happy with the speed and quality of Dr. Locksmith's service.

Overall I am satisfied with the service I received from Dr. Locksmith. I did have some initial problems contacting Dr. Locksmith, as the office phone number listed on their website did not have an answering service setup. However the cell phone number did work, and I was able to get an appointment for my preferred date and time. The Dr. Locksmith rep was approximately 30min late getting to my house - he had phoned to indicate that he was running 15min late, but actually arrived later than that. But he was able to complete the work before I had to leave the house, so there wasn't a large impact with the timing. The service rep reviewed the different options with me and found a solution that allowed me to use my existing key on the new door lock. He showed me how the work was done and answered all of my questions.

I had a customer who required a new lock cylinder and some hardware service on his front door. The person who normally does my work was not available and I resorted to doing some online research to find a locksmith and I found Dr Locksmith. I wasn't expecting same day service but I got it. Ultimately my customer got what he wanted and was happy this is the ultimate goal. I will most certainly be using them again.

Locksmith came in to rekey three locks, replace one lock, and drill a hole for a new lock. Work was done with care - even vacuuming up any mess made. Very professional and knowledgeable.
