Smithwerks has been cleaning our wool bedroom carpet, hall runner and stairs for at least seven years. They've also cleaned our upholstery, saving our sofa a few years ago after our young dog had an accident on it. Every year I get the same great service and professionalism. This year they will also clean a large wool area rug off-site for us. Always great for a home owner when you can rely on the same great service every year.

I received prompt responses to my queries and booked our appointment with ease. Thanks, Nick! Chris, the technician, was prompt, courteous and thorough with explanations, service and clean up. A three seat Natuzzi sofa and two chairs were cleaned and conditioned in just over an hour. They look great and feel even better. I highly recommend this business and will be using it again soon for other furniture cleaning.

I missed a year and with careful attention, Nick and Chris did a amazing job bringing back an aging carpet. Better than I expected. once dry,the previous stains were gone.
