These guys did a great job with asbestos removal for me. They were super professional, came on time and were really thorough. They took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions including some that had to do with other areas of the house. They really didn’t mind and were happy to help. I was very satisfied with my experience and how it all went.

Templar removed all the vermiculite insulation in our attic that we had tested in a home inspection for asbestos. It turned out there was a lot up there, and we wanted to get it removed rather than just leave it (which is sometimes okay) since we wanted to sell our house. So Templar came, vacuumed out all the vermiculite, put some vents in, left and came back to refill the place with a asbestos-free insulation material. Everybody did a great job. They really went above and beyond seeing that their truck broke down and that didn’t stop them from coming and getting the job done. It all worked out and we were very happy with them.

I was very impressed with the way David from Templar Moud/Asbestos Removal handled the difficult circumstances of my job. I had contractors who wanted to remove the asbestos themselves and didn’t care about any regulations or others’ and their own safety. Apart from David coming out and looking through everything, he explained to the contractors why it would be best to let him do the job and what the regulations are. When David came back he completed the job properly (there was a lot left) and he removed everything safely. Now the place is asbestos free and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Templar.

I work in construction and Templar has done asbestos removal for me a number of times over the past few years. They usually do stuff like remove asbestos from the pipes and tanks of very old furnaces and they do a good job. They’re alway efficient and professional — they come and get the work done quickly. I’d recommend them to anyone.

These guys did some asbestos removal for me about a year ago after I found them here on Homestars. Their work was fine — they did a great job and they were on budget. Nothing bad to say about them, really. For sure, I would recommend them.

We called Templar Mould/Asbestos Removal who first came and did a very thorough initial consultation of the space. They explained what needed to be done and the time frame, and they quoted us a fair price as well. When we agreed to have the work done, they again laid out for us the entire procedure. The guys who came to do the work were very thorough and personal. They removed everything by hand and properly disposed of it. Then, after the removal they set up their filters which overnight would remove anything leftover. The next morning they came and wiped everything by hand again. They were very gracious and did a great job. We appreciated their no-nonsense way of doing things and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys.

Templar provided several quotes site unseen as I sorted out several outstanding issues with the sellers real estate agent. Templar was very patient with us, as this was happening. Once realtors settled, Templar was immediately available to complete job at quoted price. Templar also gave us several timelines to suite our needs. On site Dan provided clear explanations as to how the work would be done. Would recommend to others

We phoned Templar when we discovered we had a mould problem in our tenant suite (basement apartment) after our furnace leaked. They promptly came out to take a look. They made themselves quickly available, which was good, given that we had tenants living in the space and we needed the issue dealt with right away. They came and removed part of our wall, as well as part of our floor and sanitized the areas - being sure to let us know that they were using safe products to remove the mould (no bleach, etc). They then realized that there was still water under the rest of the floor, and scheduled time to return (when convenient for our tenants) to remove the rest. All-in-all, we found the work very well done and we now feel safe breathing the air in our home again! They contained everything very well, and the staff were very professional and courteous - sending photos as they did the work, and giving regular updates so we knew what was going on. I found the price to be very reasonable for the work done, and would definitely recommend Templar to others needing Mould/Asbestos removal.

Called Robert to arrange for an estimate and received a call shortly after from David to come in to view the area that needed work. Sean and Dan came to do the removal and they were prompt and informative and very professional. They did a great job and cleaned the areas completely. I would definitely use Templar again and highly recommend them.
