Robert and David are Fast, Reliable and Professional. Called them with asbestos problem and within 24 hrs they cleaned up the site. Great after sales customer service. Definitely worth the time and money.

Dave and his technician were very good and professional. They came prepared for the job and did a very thorough clean up when they were done. They removed the Asbestos they removed and all of the dust and debris that was made from the abatement. My kitchen was spotless when they left. I was very pleased with their honesty during the initial inspection and their professional work ethic when they did the job. I highly recommend Templar.

David and his team were great. They were professional and really wonderful to work with. They responded quickly to any questions and I always felt like I knew exactly what was going to happen and when. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We've had asbestos lining our vents which we decided to have removed. I'm a do it yourself sort of guy because I'm very particular about quality, however I wasn't going to mess around with asbestos. From the my first enquiry, Robert and David were very responsive to my questions and concerns. Every detail of the removal procedures, especially the extra safety measures that were used were explained in detail. The crew were outstanding...punctual, neat, responsive. This was a major remediation involving the entire basement of our house. Every consideration was given to the protection of our personal belongings and the fastidious and safe removal of debris and the protection of the air quality. Some unexpected mold was found in some drywall and they were also able to remediate that appropriately as mold remediation is another part of their business expertise. The team were a pleasure to work with!

During a basement renovation we discovered asbestos on our heating pipes (the house is over 100 years old). It recently came to attention that our Attic might contain Asbestos. We called Templar because we seen postie reviews. Templar Came in and took 4 samples. Dave was was on time, he was respectful of my home and family and explained exactly what he was doing. in a little over 24 hours we had the results and were able to make an informed decision. I have had testing done before on something different from a different company and it took 4 days and cost 4 times as much. I will looking into have some Asbestos Siding removed next year.... Templar will be the first call I make. If you any doubts about anything in your home I would recommend calling Templar they can help you understand what you dealing with and give you a no pressure quote.

Very responsive at first out of all companies we contacted. After that, getting answers to the results of our tests proved difficult. Always had to pry to get more information from them. We had to contact the testing firm directly for explaination of results. Overall the test got done, though not on time as discussed. If you're looking for someone to reassure you about issues of mold, asbestos, etc, they wont put your mind to ease until you get your paper in hand.
