I thoroughly recommend Templar. I don't usually take the cheapest quote but, of the quotes I received for my basement mould remediation job, they came in at the cheapest AND gave me the confidence I was dealing with professionals. In fact, their inspector David came back again when I suspected I found a new area of mould (thankfully I was wrong). They did the job as laid out in their written assessment, on time and on budget. They were all pleasant to deal with, very accommodating and explained things thoroughly without browbeating you. This is a company that cares about it's reputation and will strive to ensure a happy customer. On a personal note, it turns out my basement foundation has some serious issues which was causing the mould and they took time to give me their thoughts and recommendations on contractors.

Templar did a really good job with my asbestos removal. I thought the price was really good and their guys were good people, they cared. I will use them again if I have the chance.

What impressed us the most, besides their excellent work, is that Templar really cares about the customers! After we came back from vacation for a month, we noticed our basement was flooded, and we can see mould on the carpet. We called a few mould removal services, and Templar's Robert immediately impressed us: not only did he discussed with me to arrange the on-site service, but also he told us what we can do ourselves to remedy the problem before they come. David and other guys came right away the next day, and removed the carpets and moulded drywalls. They were very professional, kept communicating with us during their work, and they tried very hard to not remove any unnecessary walls/board/etc. Starting from the beginning they gave us the impression that it's like they are doing the job for their own house. They also showed sincere empathy to our damage, and helped us to diagnose the source of the problem. In the end the quote was very reasonable. We would strongly recommend their service without any reservations!

We had a leak in our wall which produced mold in my basement. Templar Mold Removal took care of the job in no time. It took less than a day, they were very efficient, and extremely professional. Estimate was dead on also so no additional costs which was fantastic. I would definitely deal with them again if another problem were to occur.

Our Victorian house has a dirt floor crawlspace that was full of old asbestos and pink batt insulation falling down from the floor joists and peeling off of the foundation. Templar provided a very competitive quote, and they were here within a couple of days to clean out the space. They also swept the basement for other bits of asbestos around the pipes and found some that others had missed. We especially appreciated their careful communication at all stages of the process of what they were doing and why. We would recommend them without reservation.

Templar was great. I called them to remove some asbestos. Their quote was fair and substantially less than another company that charged a high minimum fee.They also managed to fit me in the next day which was great. The technician was very friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions, explained the process in detail, and even gave me some additional tips and advice about other areas of my home. The quality of the work was also excellent. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend Templar.

I really couldn’t be happier with the service that Templar provided in the removal of asbestos and mouldy drywall from my furnace room. I called Robert to request an estimate and David came by later the very same day. He was thorough, informative, patient, and reassuring. The quoted price was in line with the nearest competitor, but the David’s greater depth of experience and attention to detail was obvious. We scheduled a date and David and his team arrived on time and performed the work exactly as described, taking great care to isolate the affected area with containment chambers and negative air pressure. Templar responded the same day to give us a quote and then ventured down into the sand trenches under our church to eliminate ever spec of asbestos ( a previous company had left much behind). I was very impressed with Dave and his professional crew, the reasonable fee and the thoroughness of their work. We will call on Templar again!
