I requested a quote online last weekend and received a call almost immediately with a detailed (and very reasonable) quote. Two days later, our asbestos had been removed! The response time in setting up our appointment and providing a quote was amazing. The on-site team was incredibly thorough. They outlined in amazing detail the procedures they would be undertaken and the steps they were taken to ensure the asbestos removal was done safely. They were extremely patient in answering our questions about the process and were polite and courteous throughout. They arrived on time and finished early! I would happily use Templar again and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for mould/asbestos removal.

I would definitely recommend Templar’s services to anyone. They will certainly be my go to company for mould issues moving forward. We recently got a surprise when replacing our washer/dryer. When we pulled the old ones out, we found black mould lurking on the wall behind. I quickly attacked it with bleach, and consulted Homestars for an expert. Calling through the top ranked options for mould specialists, Templar stood out to me as being good communicators, and forthcoming with the typical minimum costs. Robert was very helpful fielding the initial call, and put David in touch with us to arrange inspection (and likely some drywall removal/stud cleaning). David came and inspected our issue. He was very personable, and was completely honest. He confirmed my hope, that it was simply surface mould, and our initial bleach attack had been sufficient. He could have totally cut away a pile of dry wall and made it look like he was earning what I expected to pay based on the phone consultation. Instead, the visit was quick, and I was charged a small but fair fee for their time and effort. The resulting peace of mind is priceless to our family.

No one likes to find out they have mould in their home. I got several quotes and Templar seemed the most reasonable. After starting the work they found that the problem was much larger than we originally thought. They educated me on the best solution, and showed me the cause of the problem, while fixing it in a timely manner. They even left their dehumidifier and cleaned out the room a second time after it rained and water came through the leak again. During renovations, we found asbestos lining on some ductwork. Robert and his team were able to have it removed within two days of contacting him. They did an excellent job, on time, clean and on budget. Would definitely recommend.

Came to house at appointed time with crew. We were told everything would be done within one business day, which it was. Basement was totally sealed off, air exchange was set up. Driveway was hosed down upon completion in case there were any microscopic particles. Air quality test was done, successfully, upon completion. Very professional.

I recently purchased a home constructed in the early 60's. Although I was advised that the vermiculite was 'ok' if left undisturbed, we were however planning renovations. Home Inspection noted Vermiculite Insulation in the attic spaced. We had it tested and it came back showing high levels of Asbestos. We wanted to do renovations so we hired Robert and his crew to remove all the insulation and then his crew also sprayed in R50 cellulose, baffles and fibreglass stoppers were also installed to improve ventilation from the soffits and the roof dome vents. They did a great job, fast, clean and the price could not be beat! I would highly recommend them and we are so glad we removed the problem and have a clean start and a safe house.
