    Mould removal in attic and Asbestos abatement

    Robert and his crew was amazing, they did a great job with the abatement and mould removal at the attic. Now I can move in worry free! All the work was done within one day. Highly recommend!

    Mould Remediation

    Robert and his team did an excellent job at removing the mould in our basement. Robert also had really great advice which I really appreciated. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!

    Asbestor Abatement

    I'm very happy I called Robert of Templar Environmental Services for removal of the asbestos in the basement. I first called Robert over 10 years ago. His crew at Templar remediated a pretty serious mold problem in my attic then. They made it look like new again. I asked Robert about the asbestos in the basement. He said it was in good shape, and he did a professional laboratory confirmed air test to show there was zero asbestos in the air. Robert's advice was to leave it alone until the day I wanted to renovate my basement. Well that day finally came this spring, and it was a pleasure to see Robert again at my doorstep, after a decade, to plan to removal of the asbestos. Robert remembered me, the job they did and the way we left it regarding the asbestos. I told Robert that although I had waited so long, I needed the asbestos out right away so other work could start Monday. He accommodated, and got a full crew in on Saturday! The crew Templar sent out was skilled, professional, meticulous, and well supplied with all the equipment and materials needed to remove the asbestos completely and safely. I greatly appreciate the fact that Robert followed up after the job, and made sure no asbestos was left behind. Having seen how Robert and his crew at Templar handled the task, I am completely satisfied and very relieved to know that my home is now asbestos free! I am very happy to recommend them.

    Asbestos Abatement

    After beginning a renovation, we realized we should test our materials for asbestos to err on the side of caution. Robert was able to inspect, take samples, and submit the samples for processing in a matter of hours after my call. We were very happy with the prompt and friendly service. Our results were received within 3 business days. It was a very smooth process and he was a pleasure to work with.

    Asbestos and Mould Removal

    Needed to renovate half of my upstairs (2 bedrooms and a bathroom), as there was asbestos in the drywall, ceiling (popcorn) and bathroom (walls and floor tiles). Received quotes from a few companies, and no one was more professional or thorough that Robert and Templar. Provided a very detailed quote with a breakdown of all the costs, and provided some great perspectives on how to minimize disruptions and costs. Had to get my attic insulation redone as well, as most of the ceiling was being removed. After that was done Robert's team found lots of mould. He provided pictures and guidance on how to proceed and was able to have it abated very quickly and and a good price. Will be doing more projects in the future and Robert and Templar will be my first and only call to deal with any asbestos/mould.

    Asbestos Removal and Insulation Installation

    Needed asbestos removal done. Templar Environmental Services showed up to the house to do a site inspection. The team showed up on time and performed the work in a timely manner. They were professional and left the property in the shape that they found it. The quoted price was the price on the final invoice. Very happy with the services rendered. Would recommend to anyone looking for insulation services.

    Very easy to work with. They did a great job and were very quick and thorough in the follow up (several calls afterwards to make sure we were happy with the work).

    Removal of Asbestos Popcorn Ceiling

    I recently hired Templar to remove the popcorn ceiling in the basement that contained asbestos and the panelling on the walls. The demolition and removal followed a strict protocol to ensure the area was safe and clean. Robert, Gerard and the entire team did a fabulous job from start to finish. The basement was left spotless. I would highly recommend Templar for any asbestos issues!

    Removed Asbestos Floor Tiles

    I recently used Templar Environmental Services to remove asbestos floor tiles from my basement. I can not speak highly enough about their service and professionalism. Gerard took the time to walk me through the entire process and answered all my questions. The team exceeded all my expectations in completing the job.
