I contacted Francisco via email on a Wednesday and 4 hours later I had a response with a scheduled date. The crew was professional, efficient and exceed our expectations. I will only contact these guys again for my future flooring needs.

Francisco and his crew did an excellent job stripping the ancient hardwood flooring in our house and installing new oak flooring.. Francisco takes great pride in his work; his crew arrived when promised, finished the job on time and he was very attentive to details. In short, excellent work and Francisco was a pleasure to deal with.

Francisco and his crew refinished the floors in our new-to-us resale home, and the floors look like new! Everything was done within the time specified. Francisco came in a few days later to fix up a few details with the quarter-rounds and everything went smoothly. My wife and I are very happy with the floors - we have already referred him to one of our friends and we will call Francisco again when we have another property where the floors need refinishing!

I hired Ecowoods on the basis of Homestars reviews and couldn't have been happier. Francisco came over to give an estimate the same day I called him, even though I explained over the phone that it wasn't a huge job. I never got the feeling that my project wasn't a priority for him, even though I knew he was extremely busy with larger projects. He and his workers were always on time, worked diligently and did an awesome job. Even though I just paid for the stairs to be buffed, Franciso did some staining to bring them up to his standards (which are high). He uses water-based finishing coats to keep fumes to a minimum so we didn't have to evacuate the premises. They put up plastic to keep dust to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves every day. They started and completed the project in a timely manner. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and intend to use them again when I tackle the main floor.

I had Francisco come in to refinish the hardwood on my stairs and on my 2nd floor. Discovered that previous owners had put hundreds of nails in the wood. Francisco made the budget work - he refinished the stairs and laid new hardwood in the hall and 2 bedrooms. He was completely professional - only believes in doing a job "right" and helped to work within my budget. He also did all the small finishing for me so there was nothing leftover to deal with. I recommend him 100%

We had just bought a house and were looking to sand and re-stain the hardwood floors and staircase railing before moving in. Given that the hardwood was laid out in a herringbone pattern, we wanted to make sure we hired someone with a lot of experience to do the work. Francisco and his team did an unbelievable job from beginning to end and went above and beyond our expectations. He provided samples of various stains similar to the one we had selected from a store so that we could be sure of the color. The floors turned out amazing and we couldn't be happier with his service. Would recommend to anyone looking to refinish their floors!

Awesome job. The floor was previously refinished by a general contractor who did not sand / stain the floor correctly. We were told our floor could not be refinished again however Francisco restored like the floor was brand new. Team was very punctual, contained the dust and left our home very clean. I will use again in the future.

We had to refinish our stairs and handrails. Francisco was amazing. We found him on Homestars. We were very reluntant about finding a contractor online but the great reviews convinced us to give Ecowoods a call. We are extremely happy that we did. Francisco and his team were very professional and finished the project in the time that he quoted. He taped the entire work area and cleaned up as he finished each stage.
