We've had our carpets cleaned twice in the seven years since we built our house and have always been disappointed. In that time we've been raising two boys (5&7) so you imagine the state of our carpets! Our disappointment ended however when Bill and Get Fresh came to our house. I know a lot of people may say this, but I'm not exaggerating when I say the carpet looked like new when he was finished. There was one stain that he could not remove, and he explained why - I've never met anyone so knowledgable about carpets - but otherwise he got everything else our kids had dished out. The price seems a bit high when you first look at it, but it TRULY all-inclusive, unlike other companies who offer a rock-bottom price and then say "oh, you wanted stain removal too?" My wife reminded me that the last company we had come in for under $300 ended up costing us about the same as Get Fresh by the time they got done with their "extras", and they didn't do half the job (stains reappeared after a few days...). We will be using Get Fresh exclusively to clean our carpets from now on - just have to remember to book early!
