Thanks Simonne. The new patented technology I used on that job was phenomenal. True high production, indoor air quality approved cleaning with dry times beating low moisture encapsulation cleaning (e.g. Cimex System). This technology is a game changer for commercial facilities that demand indoor air quality (No VOC's or Polymer Residues), real cleaning (soil removal unlike encapsulation with the Cimex system which removes no soil) and fast dry times. True hypoallergenic, residue free cleaning. It will be interesting to track the performance of this carpet over its lifespan.

That will help prolong cleaning intervals as it won't contribute to re-soiling like most carpet and upholstery spot cleaning solutions.

Thanks Laura for the review. I love wool and the benefits it brings to the home environment. Sadly, many uneducated carpet cleaners use improper ph and cleaning products (such as oxygen based cleaners) that cause irreversible damage to wool. When you look at wool under a microscope it looks like an tight acorn. When cleaned improperly, the acorn like cuticle cells lift away from the membrane and you lose the natural stain and soil resistance as well as the natural resiliency and abrasion resistance. You won't initially see the damage but it now be a constant battle to keep it looking good and its life span will be short. Some low moisture cleaning methods are also too aggressive for wool and will cause instant damage.

Thanks Mark for the review. With the great reviews my customers give me on HomeStars, I do sometimes wonder if I can live up to the reputation! I am not a miracle worker and many things cannot be corrected when it comes to carpet cleaning and stain removal. However, that said, as an owner operated boutique business, I stand behind my work and live by my reputation. I clean carpets the way I clean my own carpets. Instead of move-outs, I clean for the people who will live with their carpet.
