Really quite bad. Their truck broke down so they broght a smaller truck. They then informed me once they finished loading that I was lucky it all fit or I would have had to pay for a second load.... Because of their mechanical failure... They dinged the ceilings and walls in several places, one of the guys was super sweaty and smeared sweat all over my wall. Really gross. At unload there were a lot of new scratches but nothing missing. When I went to pay with visa, they told me they had to add a surcharge which is against Visa's terms of use. Dismissive dealings with the owner and he basically told me to pound sand. He later had the gall to request me as a link on LinkedIn.... Beware he has several business names but the same joker operation.

2 hours late, broke my tv and are now ignoring my calls (even got hung up on twice). Starting the small claims procedure this week, and a CBC reporter is doing a story on them.

These movers arrived 4 hours late, were exhausted from an earlier move, they had not eaten yet (by their own admission), and in my opinion physically and mentally not prepared for moving my belongings. This company expected their staff to do a move in Cochrane before doing my move and then somehow be able to arrive at my home by noon...how is that possible when I live in the SE corner of Calgary, over an hour drive? No wonder they were over 4 hours late! You would think that a company that has been in business as long as it has would know how to time out their moves a little better. I do not recommend this company, unless you want to be left waiting. I could write a whole story on just how badly this affected my day, but what's the point, they sure as heck don't care.

The men were on time and extremely efficient. They endured 35 degree heat while keeping in great spirits! I have referred them to a friend and she also had a great experience. Would highly reccomend!

This company was selected based on their Better Business Bureauy rating. However it appears that they have good days and bad days (also shown bu the review on this service). They came late and the movers were tired. They damaged several items. But one item in particular was severly damaged, a freezer. The movers admitted the damage but the owner came out and proclaimed it our fault and stormed away.

Moving Company did not show up for 9am when supposed to, when called supposedly sent another crew. Still no movers at 1pm. Move should have finished by now and it had not even started. My 15 month old daughter naps btwn 1-3 each day adn with no consideration for my time, our schedule, the company offered a $10 discount or cancellation. We cancelled and woudl certainly not recommend anyone ever use this company.

I have not seen unprofessional company like this. Worst movers i have ever seen. They came late and inexperienced guys took very long. i won't recommend this company to anyone. Please don't use it.

This is the most unprofessional, incompetent and rude company I have ever dealt with in my history of using moving companies. Two young inexperienced movers showed up when I had been promised 3 movers to move a piano and the rest of my furniture. Careful Movers claim to be "experienced piano movers." They dropped my piano and both legs snapped off. They were unable to get the piano out of the apartment so I had to hire another piano mving company to do so. The mover called the owner of the Calgary company to advise him of this incident at which point I spoke to the owner who was rude, swore at me and offered to help deal with the damages with his insurance company. 4 months later- I have not received ONE CENT from the company for the damages and they have ignored my phone calls and one of their phone numbers has gone out of service. The one individual who was helpful who helped to book the initial move, has since resigned her entire sales team and quit Careful Movers. She did not agree with the way they conducted their business and they certainly do not follow better business practices. I am appalled and dismayed at this company and woud NEVER suggest anyone use them. This is not the way companies should operate or treat their clientelle. WORST moving experience ever.

Although I moved last year, I am still excited I chose the right company! We spent only about 3 hours moving (including the driving time), which I think is very quick. The guys were very fast and knowledgeable and were able to fit everything i had into 1 truck! The only reason I am giving them this mark is because they arrived an hour after our scheduled time explaining that they were told so...

i enjoyed when they came and moved me they were quick, clean , and careful id hightly recommend them there were the best movers i had so far and i went through 9 other moveing companys and none of them were as good as careful movers
